Monthly Rentals in Esplugues de Llobregat

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 weeks. Not sure which was most impressive: the tastefully decorated apartment, the great location (numerous bars/restaurants, shopping , transport within a couple blocks), or the personal hospitality of SuperHost Javier! It’s located in a local (non-tourist) neighborhood. On arrival Javier met us in person and showed us around the unit which has very solid Internet connectivity, and all the amenities as listed in the description. Nearby there’s a large local market, Mercat DeSants (probably 100 meat, cheese, fish vegetable stalls with the freshest products you could ever want). Also, many grocery stores and bakeries on the block. This unit is on the 7th (top) floor so we had no problems with any street noise. This is a VERY comfortable place if you want to experience everyday Spanish lifestyle. Highly recommend!!

The accommodation is very well located! The metro was just 2 minutes away. It is in a quite quiet area, generally good environment to work from there. The area with many services nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bakeries, a shopping center, green areas that in our case was great because we travel with the dog, this is another point that I wanted to highlight: allowing to stay with our dog😀. Very spacious, everything clean, new, modern, work area, kitchen with everything you need, to comment on something better (not negative but that would be a super plus) is that we needed a TV, but we already knew it, so we used the tablet. Fast Internet connection, good for work, the only thing is that sometimes I didn't get well to the desk area, but in the great room. Phenomenal host, very friendly, super quick to respond, and fix any issues. I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommended! you have it all! thank you!!!!

Great option for solos or couples that want to be close to the beach! It's a well laid-out apartment with lots of natural light and a Scandi minimal design. There is a good amount of storage space despite it being a small place. Manuel & Andrés were quick to answer messages and address any issues. Things to be aware of: - The fridge door can look like it's closed when it actually isn't – make sure to close it all the way! - It's on the fourth floor and the staircase is very narrow (like many other buildings in the neighborhood) so it can be tricky to bring large items up and down the stairs. Overall: highly recommended for the price and location!

The apartment was great!! Everything was clean and we felt right at home! The surroundings are also fantastic! I only walked 13 minutes to Placa Cataluña and only 4 minutes to the Arc de Triumf! In addition, there were many shopping opportunities, as well as restaurants and other shops! Perfect for strolling!🥰 The check-in was also great, she showed me the apartment once and if I had any questions I could write to her at any time🥰 (The only negative was that it was sometimes a bit cold in the apartment, but that was also no problem) And the bed was excellent!! (With a real duvet!) 5 stars throughout! 🤩🤩
