There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

Excellent villa very nice location. We enjoyed wonderful 2 weeks vacation. Highly recommended.

amazing view , responsive host

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

A historic and beautiful place where all the services are available, a responsive collaborator who is keen to provide a five-star service to those with a private car who will suffer from standing. The house is built from the inside of classic wood style and furniture. Each room floor is served by the bathroom, kitchen and the last floor is a lounge with a balcony with a beautiful session.

The place was very nice and comfortable. The check-in went smoothly. The only thing would be to have clearer instructions about WiFi (maybe something physical at the place rather than via the link as I had no internet and the way of accessing the link when we arrived, but once we did get instructions it was clear). Otherwise, everything was amazing. We had a little issue here and there which were instantly taken care of, it was very impressive!!! Very well done 👍🏻 We also met one of the place managers during our stay who was kind enough to offer us umbrellas on a rainy day, so sweet! The place was well connected, we were mostly taking the T5 tram line which was like a 5 minute walk away. There are quite a few shops and mosques in a walking distance from the place. Recommend!

✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even an intelligent robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!
