allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Ev çok güzel bir bölgede, çok güzel bir evdi. Küçük çocuklu ailelerin dikkatli olması gerekli çünkü evde çok fazla aksesuar var ve çocuklar çok meraklı. Bir de böcekler konusunda fobiniz var ise biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çok rahattı, fazla havlular sağlanmıştı.

Excellent villa very nice location. We enjoyed wonderful 2 weeks vacation. Highly recommended.

amazing view , responsive host

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Es de los mejores lugares que he conocido, su casa es única. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo momento. El modelo rústico y la decoración de casa es muy acogedor y un gran lugar para descansar , además esta cerca de todo y fácil acceso al metro y zonas turísticas. Espero volver pronto

The place was very nice and comfortable. The check-in went smoothly. The only thing would be to have clearer instructions about WiFi (maybe something physical at the place rather than via the link as I had no internet and the way of accessing the link when we arrived, but once we did get instructions it was clear). Otherwise, everything was amazing. We had a little issue here and there which were instantly taken care of, it was very impressive!!! Very well done 👍🏻 We also met one of the place managers during our stay who was kind enough to offer us umbrellas on a rainy day, so sweet! The place was well connected, we were mostly taking the T5 tram line which was like a 5 minute walk away. There are quite a few shops and mosques in a walking distance from the place. Recommend!

✨Wir sind wirklich froh, diese Unterkunft für unsere Reise gewählt zu haben. Es war fantastisch! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt eine 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.✨

We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. Tarihi yapı ve müzelere sahip olan İstanbul kültür turizminin zirvesindedir. Ayrıca kendine özgü yemekleriyle ne zaman buraya gelsem doyamıyorum. Bu tatil hakikaten iyi geldi. Tarihi yarımadada Ayvansaray'da yer alan konak üç katlıdır. Kazasker İvaz Efendi Camii'ne çok yakın. Amenos -tarihi zindanlarıyla bilinir- yazısını bulun kapı şifresini girin. sonra kalacağınız binanın kapısındaki kutuya şifreyi yazın ve anahtarı alın. Çamaşır, kurutma, bulaşık makineleri ve televizyon var. Beş kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Ev rahatlığında. Biz sabahları evde kahvaltıyı yapıp diğer öğünleri dışarıda yedik. İsterseniz tüm öğünleri evde hazırlayacak donanım vardır. Ev, Ayvansaray tramvay durağına çok yakın. Duraktan Eminönü 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Paranızı hak eden bir yer. These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

Wir waren 3 Paare und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist in Fathi zentral gelegen und fussläufig sind viele schöne und authentische Restaurants zu erreichen. Auch zur Strassenbahn ist es nicht weit und von dort kann man mit ÖV alle Umgebungen erkunden.
