everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Amazing stay at this beautiful, private retreat surrounded by stunning nature! The property is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with a charming village market nearby offering delicious fresh fruit. A car is a must to explore the area. The highlight was the incredibly helpful property keeper, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

Excellent and very responsive host... came personally to address some issues after we inform him of our difficulty. Location of apartment is excellent. Right next to Taksim Square, with very convenient subway, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby! Apartment was very comfortable, with sufficient amenities for all our needs.

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. We had a great time visiting Istanbul, and this accommodation was perfect for it. There were great local restaurants and bars less than 10 minutes walk away, a cafe and ferry just down the hill. We really appreciated having this our base. The apartment itself was lovely, had all the room and facilities we needed. We did find it noisy at night, but I think that's just the city (seagulls, cats, etc). I'd recommend this place to any tourist wanting to stay somewhere vibrant.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Great host and a lovely guy, lovely place to stay also!!

This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and the experience was even better than 1st ! Ali and team even remembered the small details from my first time and upon arrival the 2nd time i noticed they customized the experience ie, my favourite beverages, temperature of room to my liking, slippers, offering to get me fruit, offering complimentary food, arranging airport transfer service etc. As a solo, female traveller , in a very unfamiliar environment they always check in to ensure I was ok and safe, I appreciated this so much. The experience here is the best airbnb I ever had. Real great value for what you pay. Ali and team they really live up to the reputation of warm and kind Turkish hospitality. They made me feel like I was visiting a friend or family in Turkey ! I felt really taken care of. I wish them the very best and I will definetly be back!

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

Zeynep's place was wonderful for our family reunion in Istanbul! Our family of 5 were more than comfortable and had plenty of room in their charming home. We did not want for anything as the home was very well prepared! Her kind mother greeted us warmly at check-in and was such a lovely host, even bringing fresh bread, fruit and vegetables for one of our breakfasts. Zeynep was extremely responsive with our questions and overall very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning in the future!

We felt very comfortable! The terrace is beautiful with the view of the Black Sea. The apartment is very spacious. We felt like part of the family, because Feyza's parents are very sweet and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

We had the most wonderful time in Dehan‘s place. Fantastic view and good location to explore the city. The Tünel station is on your doorstep. Only disadvantage is the 5 stories staircase and no lift. Area also up on hill, not far from Galata Tour. You have to be pretty fit. But worth the effort. Most enjoyable if you are interested in getting to know the city Istanbul!

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!
