Really happy to stay at Faruk’s apartment and looking forward to staying again. Quite close to a tram station which made the moving around and going to places quite easy. His assistant at the property is very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t meet Faruk face to face, he was always attending any message sent by me.

I really enjoyed this comfortable and quiet place, all in a non-touristy and very lively area, with excellent restaurants. Very easy communication with the host, always responsive. What a good thing. I'll be back for sure!

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

Mehmet and his assistant Enis were very friendly and helped call a taxi to the airport. I really appreciated that. 😊

Absolutely loved my stay at this Balat Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of all the colorful, picturesque streets and just steps away from some of the most charming attractions in Istanbul. It’s incredibly convenient and safe, with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The balcony overlooking the vibrant neighborhood made every morning and evening feel like a movie scene. The host was beyond helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad I booked this place, such a memorable and beautiful experience!

Shaggy's accommodation is definitely an unforgettable experience. He is really talkative. Even though we don't have much time to talk, we had a great time chatting the only night we had. The host is really friendly. On the day of our stay, Sweetheart prepared tea for us. On the night of the next day, he also prepared milk tea and popcorn for us. We talked a lot about religious issues, and he also answered a lot of questions for me!More importantly, living there made me feel comfortable, we had our own space in the room, and everything was comfortable❤️

A wonderful apartment, and even better the owner of the apartment. I was in touch all the time. The apartment is very large, cozy and most importantly, clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. The center is 50 minutes away by public transport. There are many shops nearby, and a metro station is a 10-minute walk away. We had problems with the departure, the owner met us. We are very grateful to him for this! We recommend it to everyone.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

The house was as described and shown in the photos. During our 7-day stay, we felt like we were at home. There is a small shopping mall under the house. In this shopping mall, there is a large supermarket in addition to different alternatives such as fast food style meals, meatballs and coffee shops, which provided us with great convenience. Mr. Özgür and Mr. Cavit answered our questions very quickly and solved our minor problems. There are many opportunities at home. When you arrive with your vehicle, you can easily park in the guest parking lot of the site. The kitchen and bathroom of the house were very useful. The bed was comfortable. We were satisfied enough during our stay.

Mr. Nuri welcomed us very nicely. The house was spotless and tidy. We were able to reach Mr. Nuri whenever we wanted. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
