The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Great location, easy access to main wort seing places. Functional accomodation, a lot of space and a great view. Lovely owner, easy communication and always helpful.

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

A very enjoyable stay! The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels and linen were impeccably clean. We felt safe thanks to the front desk guard, present 24/7. Parking is spacious and easily accessible. The apartment is clean, well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

This apartment was our 2nd stay and everything was as we expected. The location, the comfort of the beds, the meticulousness of the cleaning staff are appreciated. Employees do their jobs as well as they should. We have become a permanent customer and now it is the place we stay every time we come to Istanbul. We had stayed in other hotels in Florida before and we were equally satisfied.

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

The apartment really looked like the photos and communication with the host was really good. I would like to stay here again on my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

It is like home. The place is fully occupied with everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay Emer is a wonderful man, warm, friendly, like to help. 2 minutes walking to the Metro which takes you to all attractions I recommend this place especially for a solo or a couple Thanks Emer

This apartment is in a fantastic location if you’re staying in Istanbul. There’s lots to do close by and all the great mosques are within walking distance. There’s a few famous restaurants also within great walking distance. The host is a very kind man, who is extremely responsive and always on hand if you need anything. He even offered to give us a lift and show us around if necessary. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly suitable for anyone looking for a stay which is central to Istanbul and looking to keep those taxi costs low.

Mehmet and his assistant Enis were very friendly and helped call a taxi to the airport. I really appreciated that. 😊
