Small apartment in San Ferran, very quiet area near supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to the center of the village. Everything is clean and with everything you need to enjoy the island. The Castelló family has been great with us and they have been charming. 10 minutes by motorbike or car from the stunning beaches of Formentera. House-price ratio of 10. I recommend 1000x1000 staying at Vicent's house and I would return without hesitation.

I had an incredible time staying at two Astbury properties in Formentera! The Can Miguel Marti bungalow was perfect for a peaceful solo retreat, right by the beach. The Campanitx Villa offered ample space and privacy, ideal for unwinding near Es Calo. Both were outstanding, and I can’t wait to come back. Sad to leave!

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description, simple and clean. The bedding is comfortable, all the necessary equipment is present and the air conditioning is a plus. The accommodation is well positioned to access all parts of the island very quickly. The hosts are very kind. As everywhere in Formentera, a vehicle (bike, scooter or car...) is necessary. We recommend!!

The stay was wonderful, in a beautiful and super quiet place. The house was very well equipped and extremely comfortable (Sofa and top bed). The kitchen is well prepared and we can enjoy meals outside with a beautiful and serene view. The terrace was individual and well equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, where we enjoyed good sunbathing in the late afternoon. The host was super nice, helpful, friendly and was always in communication with us, providing help. The house is located a few minutes' walk from the center of the village, close to all services and commercial stores, a few minutes from everything on the island. We were very pleased to be in a super quiet and absolutely noise-free place. We highly recommend staying here to be well accommodated in Formentera.
