Holiday rentals with lake access in Erie County

After arriving in Buffalo for a weekend with the family, we arrived at a horrific vrbo location. This was very stressful and was looking for something very last minute that would fit our family. I reached out to this listing to request booking and heard back within 15 minutes. They were responsive and kind. The price was good and the location was great within distances to downtown Buffalo an Highmark Stadium. I was thrilled with the response and communication. Arriving at the Airbnb thrilled us even more. It was so clean and the instructions to access were helpful and accurate. We enjoyed our stay and had fun using the ping pong table in the basement. The cleanliness was top notch and they even were kind enough to leave a few snacks and coffee pods. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. This came as such a huge relief after our prior experience. I would definitely recommend booking with them for a stay in Buffalo.

This by far was the best experience we have ever had! Traveling for a living with my wife we stay solely in Airbnb’s, with that said Leanne and her husband were hands down the best host we have ever encountered, and we have encountered a lot. They were so responsive had insight on the area and where to go etc. not to mention they were so quick to get back with any questions or info we may have needed literally definition of a phone call away. The cottage is absolutely stunning with beautiful views spotless and so clean. Without a doubt in my mind when we are ever in the area this will be our go to spot we would highly recommend this home away from home oasis YOU CERTAINLY will not be disappointed!

Joseph’s place felt just like home. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Angola. We were able to visit nearby attractions such as Niagara Falls and the Buffalo Bills game. We would definitely book our stay again at Joseph’s! 😊

The location, amenities, and size were perfect for our family gathering. Furniture was comfortable, and the porch was great for socializing. Loved the separate cottage for my parents who are older and don’t want to stay up as late as the rest of the family. Proximity to the lake was convenient and walkable. Very clean and every detail was obviously thought of. We would like to come back again. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Melissa were great!! Angola was pounded with snow and they made sure we were able to make the Bills game!! They are great hosts!!

We stayed at Lisa's place for my son's graduation this weekend and everything was better than we could imagine. The house and surroundings were beautiful. The house was extremely clean and we felt right at home when we stepped inside. Lisa provided so many amenities and she left a very sweet note and chocolates. We loved staying here. Anyone who wants to visit Buffalo definitely needs to stay at this amazing house.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Angola, NY! It was super close to the beach, which made it perfect for my kids and I. The place was spotless, and you can really tell they put a lot of thought into every detail to make it comfortable and family-friendly. Everything we needed was there, and it made our trip so easy and fun. We’d definitely love to come back again!

This was my first time at Sunset Bay during the off season and it was beautiful and peaceful. You can not get a better location than this unit, right on the beach and just down the street from the restaurant area. Loved the balcony and beach frontage, allowing for seeing gorgeous sunsets. Pamela was an amazing host, so friendly and even gave me a card for my birthday. Unit was private and perfect for my needs. Highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely amazing just a bit hard to find the door the first time

This place was super cute!! Reminded me of my first apartment ❤️ Was a perfect spot to lay our heads while in town. Loved the little downtown area. So many little shops and restaurants. Great location! Only thing we would add is a tv in the bedroom. We had our teenager daughter with us and she hogged tv in living room. Hoping to come back another time and stay with Brian again!

The place was very clean. The living room/kitchen area was spacious. The new patio area was very nice. Overall a great experience. Thank you for having us.

Me and my fiance Stayed for two days and it was absolutely beautiful a place from home you can say there are no word to explain everything you need a walk away from the lake can even look out window to have a beautiful view. So i definitely give it a 5 star if i can give it 100 stars I would.

A beautiful place to stay. I would definitely recommend to everyone. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would’ve rated it 12 stars. Amenities were great, I felt like home. He had enough food for us to enjoy and it seemed like I could stay there for 3-4 days without going grocery shopping. The amount I paid was way less in my opinion. Every time I come to Buffalo I’ll make sure I visit this place.

Our stay went well. Kateri was very responsive to questions and gave detailed instructions. She also offered recommendations to local spots. It was odd having all the beds in one big room, but it didn't matter to us since we were basically just there to sleep. The only negative was that we were able to hear someone running up and down the stairs at different times each day. Overall, a good place to stay and less expensive than a hotel!

The cottage was very clean with plenty of room inside and out. We felt very comfortable and welcomed when we arrived. Everything was turn key ready. I highly recommend Brooklyn and this cottage 😊

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to numerous good restaurants. Niagara River and Niawanda Park is one block away and provides great opportunity to walk/bike along the river. Quiet at night and off street parking made for a restful worry free stay. Would readily stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay at Lizs cottage and we cant wait to make it back for a another stay! Its everything u could ask for and more..close to the beach ⛱️ and extremely comfortable for my family of 4. We attended a Bills game and the commute from cottage to stadium was so convenient and fast.. within 20 minutes of leaving the game my kids and i were cooking smores back at the cottage in the fire pit ! Liz had a basket out welcoming us back with smores and treats for my kids and they absolutely loved the personal touch ! Honestly we wouldnt stay anywhere else .. cottage is clean cozy and has everything for a nice quiet week at the beach !

This was a nice place to stay. It was well decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The river nearby was beautiful scenery and had a nice walking path right next to it. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the area or Niagara Falls.
