Great location in safe neighborhood. Robert included lots of water and soft drinks in the fridge as well as coffee. He also provided a gift card to use at his cafe each day and the food there was great!

Ellen is a kind and caring expert host. I enjoy feeling very special when I’ve stayed here, but I have the feeling Ellen treats all guests with a special flourish—incredibly good breakfasts, to fresh and cozy sleeping quarters. Highly recommend!

Victoria's home was pristine and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the feline companions! Victoria was so hospitable and fun to talk to. We had a great time eating dinner and hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood is conveniently near the highway but very quiet and not busy. Definitely recommend if you're passing through Buffalo!

Tracy and Chris were absolutely amazing hosts. The place was perfect! Tracy is an amazing cook, so be sure as to not miss breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely look forward to returning. You will not go wrong staying here.

This is a repeat visit, I have stayed with Gretchen & Stephen before. It is a beautiful, updated farmhouse on a hill with such aesthetically pleasing arts and crafts throughout their home, many of which are made by the hosts. It is colorful and enjoyable wherever you turn. Bedroom is comfortable with comfy bed, dresser, chair. It’s so quiet and welcoming, even the birds come to feed in the garden. Always a pleasure to stay here.

We only stayed one night at this place and were almost disappointed to have to continue our trip! We had a great time, the exchange was very easy (although we are not very comfortable with our English🤭), the advice was valuable. We were pampered since we arrived (a chocolate was waiting for us for my mother's birthday) until the breakfast that was concocted for us. We hope to return to the region one day, to enjoy this cocoon of sweetness again.

Super accommodating and very clean! Location is great - a more rural, quiet area with a huge backyard yet less than 30 minutes away from the heart of Buffalo and close to malls, etc. as well so you get the best of both worlds.

Laura was a kind, attentive, wonderful host. Absolutely loved the soaking tub and comfortable bed.

Excellent location in town, second floor apartment. Walkable to small town movie theater, lots of restaurants. Grocery and other stores close by. Clean, well organized cabinets with labels, nicely furnished, accommodating hosts. Definitely a great stay, thank you!

Almost relaxing holiday time was spent at Paul's place. It's warmth and coziness along with the tasteful decor and upgraded details helped make this a peaceful time. In addition Paul was most accommodating about our travel changes. Would I come here again? Absolutely.

Robert’s place was comfortable and he responded fast and fixed small problems as soon as he could. Would 100% stay again.

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Lovely historic house in Kenmore, perfect location for visiting family for the weekend. Melissa and Michael were communicative and friendly, meeting us for checkin with a tour of the place and any details we needed. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

A beautiful place to stay. I would definitely recommend to everyone. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would’ve rated it 12 stars. Amenities were great, I felt like home. He had enough food for us to enjoy and it seemed like I could stay there for 3-4 days without going grocery shopping. The amount I paid was way less in my opinion. Every time I come to Buffalo I’ll make sure I visit this place.

this is a beautiful historical piece of art. Only 5 minutes away from Niagara falls. everything is just like in the photes (even the break fast) with couple of surprises. Katherine was always nice, sweet and kind. overall a great experience.

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Great host very accommodating

Been coming back here for our annual visits to WNY for the past 5 years!! Brenda and Dave are awesome hosts! Great communication, personable, and makes you feel at home.

We had a great overnight stay celebrating my wife's birthday. Brenda and her team were super friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the Inn itself is a wonder. We had a great meal in the bar/restaurant and enjoyed the brunch buffet as well. Really, we can't wait to go back another time and have already recommended Suncliff to friends and family.

Great location walking distance to the falls. Katherine gave us a wonderful tour of the house history and to ensure our stay was comfortable. She gave us a great dinner suggestion called La fortuna. The bed was super comfy and so were the pillows! I really enjoyed our cozy little room for two! Parking was safe.

Aaron’s house is a historical place. I’m proud to stayed here. The house full of antiques. Many books journals, handwritten notes/letters. All rooms and bathroom are very neat and clean. I hope next time visit I must stay here. Thanks Katherine for maintaining the house as a live museum.
