⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The location was great. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. It’s clear they really care about making their guests feel welcome. We’d definitely stay here again.. Thank you John for being an amazing host!

Stayed here for a 3 day swim meet at ECC. So convenient…we often walked there. Perfect for 4 adult and 2 children. Very clean and comfortable. Allison was very responsive to any communication.

My husband, 2 friends and I stayed there to attend to a two night event at Riverworks. We loved the house and the space it provided! We felt comfortable right away and the neighborhood was decent. There is only one minor issue which was the bed on the right side by the bathroom. It was uncomfortable and felt like the bed was uneven or had a big dip. We had to sleep on other end and it was OK. Not the biggest deal but just one little thing that could be improved. other than that, we would stay there again! thank you!

This was a great place for my family and I to stay during our trip to Buffalo! The location was perfect as it was very close to downtown, but was not directly on the streets where it was busy. The area felt safe. The pictures matched the actual appearance of the place. The only thing is that the basement room was unable to be used by us because we all have allergies. The basement wasn’t a refinished basement so anyone with allergies definitely reacted to the musky smell of a basement. However that room is listed as a “bonus room” so it’s not too big of a deal. Just be mindful if you are relying on that room for your stay. It was a great stay and we definitely would stay here again!

Billy was a very responsive host both prior to, and after our arrival. The instructions we received for getting into the home were very clear. The accommodations were great for our group. We were in town to visit Niagara Falls, and the location was within a reasonable driving distance. The home was clean and had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was a full size fridge and freezer, which was great. Thankfully, we knew ahead of time that there were not any large pots or pans to cook a big meal for our group, so we could plan accordingly. There was some minor damage to walls & other areas, but Billy says that someone has already been called to make repairs. The only addition that would’ve been nice was if there had been some coffee and coffee filters available to go along with the coffee maker. Amble soap and shampoo were provided in the bathrooms, and we had enough bedding. The TV was also easy to use.

This was our first Airbnb stay and overall it was great. The location was close to where we needed to be, it was quiet, and the accomdations matched the listing. Ayman was responsive throughout the entire process and we would certainly recommend this location to others!

The only thing I wished for was to take another couple days. My 15 yr old and I came to town for a wedding but I also had to work. 8 minutes to my office was able to pick her up and take her to lunch and then back to work. Ayman was absolutely amazing,kind and very very respectful. I appreciated him for his kindness, the decore was based on family which really makes you feel at home. I would love to give him 10 stars but the app only allows for 5. WE WILL BE BACK!
