It features a living room (with a sofa bed), a bedroom (with a double bed), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The whole apartment and its equipment are at your disposal. I leave my guests at ease, but I am available whenever they need me. This apartment is on the ground floor of an old building in the center of the Graça district. Browse for antiquities and objets d'art in the Feira da Ladra street market, while striking views of the city are to be had from nearby viewpoints. At the top of the street you can catch the iconic tram 28 or bus 734. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes (Santa Apolónia).

I offer a room with a queen size bed, TV, table, chair, fast WiFi 402.79 Mbps, shared bathroom, laundry and svc dryer. Included full breakfast, you also can cook as long as you clean. It is a 30-minute walk from Rossio and Baixa-Chiado, close to Alameda, great access to Lisbon by bus and metro (Sta. Arroios). Subway, buses, supermarkets, restaurants, all within very short walking distance.

The mood of the house is chill, relaxed and mellow, the beach of Foz do Lizandro is an easy 15 minutes walk, Ericeira centre is 30 minutes away on foot, but less than 5 by car - having your own transportation is recommended! I have chickens, cats, turtles and a dog in my garden. Children and pets are not allowed.
