Elliss was a wonderful host and the lodge was a great place to stay.

The entire stay was very nice and straightforward. Antonio offered to cook a menu for us and we were happy to use it. There were traditional Portuguese dishes turned vegetarian on request for us. We liked it very much and we got to know new dishes. The ambiance was also very nice, we ate on the small terrace and there was a good Portuguese white wine. The evening was rounded off with a delicious dessert and a local liqueur from the area where his mother now lives. Antonio made for a special evening for us. Thank you. We highly recommend his cooking skills.

I cannot say enough about this bed and breakfast even though we were only there one night. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by the front desk associate, Ignacio. He even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. This was so helpful as both my best friend and I had difficulty with carrying heavy luggage up the steps. We were pleasantly surprised when Ignacio gave us the tour of the bed and breakfast and all that it had to offer. The common areas were so clean and well taken care of. Very comfy bed and pillows which made for a restful night's sleep. What we both loved the most was the dining area. We had a late night snack and a delicious breakfast with so many items to choose from. We wished we had booked this Airbnb for our first few days in Lisbon, as we were so impressed with all the little touches it had to offer. Will definitely book a much longer stay when I return to Lisbon. WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY and a WONDERFUL STAY Chalet D'Avila!

We had a wonderful time here, the team and guests were super friendly and the accommodation and activities were perfect ! Having the surf shop directly at the house also made our whole experience better since it was super easy for classes or renting boards. The location is 20min away from Peniche but offers a lot of activities so you can either chill at home or go explore around Peniche. Highly recommend !

Me and my girlfriend had an awesome stay. Close to he beach, short bike ride from restaurants and beaches or by car . Great surf holiday house I would definitely recommend it 👌

Highly recommended! The staff is extremely accomodating and will help you with anything from transportation to surf recommendation. The community is very welcoming, and also hosts dinners and trips for those interested. Great location for surfing and a relaxed vibe.

I would greatly recommend it , Lincoln went out of his way to even provide me with an European iPhone charger, which I forgot to give back(but I did when he reminded me). Very hospitable and I felt very well there.

We had a wonderful stay at Torre de Maneys. The location inside the castle walls is magical—quiet, charming, and just steps from the heart of Óbidos. The building itself is full of character, and our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and our stay came with a complementary breakfast, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Great stay with Carole who took care of us. The setting is idyllic, a two hectare garden to explore, multiple places to settle in as lovers outside or indoors. As a bonus, a hot tub, perfect for the month of March. The common room with bar is timeless. The mirror bedroom with a round bed is superb. Carole really has a taste for detail for atypical atmospheres in each room. We really had an exceptional time.

Thanks to the hospitality of Isabel, Carlos, Kevin and David you will feel at home. The house is fully pet-friendly and has a huge garden where your pets can have fun and play. In addition, the house has a perfect location to get around the area (Lisbon 40 minutes, Peniche 20 minutes away, Óbidos 20 minutes away...) Most magical Airbnb stay ever! In the beginning you don’t really know how everything works, but it became clear that they are very relaxed and it made you feel at home. For instance there is a little fridge with some drinks you can take and you just have to leave a note and pay for it in the end of your booking. It was very private and calm. We enjoyed it very much!

Excellent location to explore Cascais. Peaceful, lovely relaxing environment both inside and out. Excellent breakfast selections for a European style Breakfast- which is just right to start the day.

A completely perfect stay! The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love - fresh orange juice, homemade fruit salad, French croissant and even a Portuguese one to try. My intolerances were taken into account with great care - that was really special. The room and bathroom were very clean and tastefully furnished, the location quiet and pleasant. The bed was wonderfully comfortable - rarely slept so well on vacation! We were able to park our car safely in the garage. A wonderful saltwater pool – ideal for relaxing. We also got great excursion and restaurant tips. Absolutely recommended!

My husband and I absolutely loved this stay, and hope to be back soon. The room was clean, beautifully decorated with big windows and a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and approachable, and very accommodating of our extra requests. Every detail of this place was thoughtfully made right down to the continental breakfast. This bed and breakfast was great! Sara’s spot is right in the middle of obidos. All of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance from the room. Incredible views from the terrace as well. The room was a little loud since it was right next to the road, but other than that everything was great. Staying here feels like going back in time!

Their love for the place, Portugal and people shows and it really is a super nice house to spend some chillaxed or active days at. Breakfast and dinners are amazing!!
