Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Erewash District

The bungalow was idealy situated for Nottngham city centre, on the ring road , easy walk to the tram stop in one direction , and in the other a great place for walks , nature reserve and canal , the bungalow is also situated across the road from a pub offering great food deals , nice neighbourhood and easy to find is a big bonus when looking for accomodation , the private garden area was great as the weather was very hot , this is why we booked it over a hotel room for a weekend break , clean and spacious , and the host was easily contactable if there was any questions.

Very comfortable house kept to high standard of decor and cleanliness. Host has thought about all the guests needs meaning we felt right at home straight away. Parking was right outside the front door which was great. Would love to stay again if we are in the area again.

Kev was very accommodating for our family! The house was spotless and very well stocked! Highly recommended this beautiful slice of heaven!

We stayed with three adults and three kids for a week. Lots of space for the family. Kitchen very well equipped, the slow cooker was a real bonus. Having Chester Green nearby was great, and we enjoyed waking the loop to Darley Park. We didn’t have a car, so did walks to train and bus stations. They aren’t super close, but easily walkable and the river path is lovely. Mall is about a 20 minute walk and has everything you need. Would recommend.

Our stay was great. The hot tub was lovely and the garden was beautiful. Penny also very kindly made us a cake which was delicious. Penny lives at the other side of the house and was there if we needed anything (even sun tan lotion). We booked this place for a chilled hen do and it was perfect. Would stay again. The house was just what we wanted, somewhere to relax and enjoy our company, wirh enough amenities and equipment to host a little dinner party to my family. Who live equidistant from us. A day out in Nottingham and back to peartree house to chill on the patio. Comfortable rooms and beds, plenty of space and off road parking. Loved it, thank you

What a gorgeous cottage with everything you need. We were looking for a quiet location for walking in the area and this certainly matched that. Sitting on the patio looking at the garden was a joy. Very friendly hosts who were there if we needed them. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Old Rectory for a weekend in May. The flat was clean, tidy and well kitted out for guests and the surrounding area is beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the church and wandering through the Radbourne estate to Mickleover. We particularly appreciated how responsive Olivia was when there was a problem with the hot water, calling out a plumber to get it sorted for us and offering an alternative in the meantime. It's a lovely spot and Olivia and partner are great hosts and we are looking forward to heading back again at some point in the future. Thanks, John

Second time we stayed here so we felt very at home. Very peaceful but close enough to walk to town where there are plenty bars and restaurants. Private parking. Some nice treats as well.

This is fantastic place to relax, it's remote, secluded, cosy, and comfortable. Facilities are good, everything you need for a short stay. Instructions were clear & easy to follow, including a little map. Rebecca was very helpful with little things like putting some ice in the freezer and milk in the fridge.

my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angus is a fabulous host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His home is absolutely stunning, with decor that’s truly to die for. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel instantly at home. Wirksworth is a charming village, full of independent shops and cosy cafés. As first time visitors to the Derbyshire Dales, this was the perfect introduction, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Liz and Tom’s place! They are always there to help you and it’s like a home away from home! 10/10 and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

The house is within a lovely, peaceful place, where you can easily take buses to the Chatsworth house. The studio is super clean, almost spotless and very safe (I’m a female traveler who travels alone and totally feel safe here). Ms Deborah is very nice and she provided milk, cereal, energy bar to make you feel at home:) Definitely recommend!
