The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

You have the upper floor and attic for you, the drum room with double bed, the living room, the attic with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen, a bathroom and a huge roof terrace. In Munich and almost at the Oktoberfest, you can reach it by train in 35 minutes, at Lake Ammersee by bike in 25 minutes and the Alps in 1 hour. Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our accommodation is located near the Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. By public transport, Munich is a half an hour ride. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our home is good for singles, couples, and families with children.
