Monthly Rentals in Emerald Hills

It was exactly what I was looking for! Definetely want to stay there again! The host was amazing!

This is a small, efficient, and private space. It is worth noting that the neighborhood in which it is located consists of very hilly, narrow, curving streets with cars parked on both sides. In some spots the street is too narrow for two cars to pass and there are some blind curves. This is no fault of the host, of course. Once you are there, all is well.

The home and setting was exactly as expected and provided a wonderful space for hosting a group of 12. Having lots of options for space to gather in smaller groups or spaces to retreat for privacy was terrific. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. Would most definitely recommend to others and hope to have a chance to stay again. Grateful for a gracious host that was very proactive and responsive.

My stay at Matthew’s place was a great experience. It’s located in an area that’s easily accessible to local dining, shopping, highways and was a perfect distance from my daughter’s house. The apartment is nicely updated and also offered a very functional kitchen. The bathroom is very roomy with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. I was also very happy with the large walk-in closet. Matthew was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend his place without hesitation and plan to stay there again in the near future.
