A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. The house was very clean, extensive and lovingly furnished. The fantastic view is absolutely amazing!!! We loved to admire the sunrise over the sea every morning at breakfast. Roland is very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him at any time and he even supported us with bookings for activities! Thank you for the great time and we look forward to coming back next year ☺️

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

Very nice place as described. The proximity to services is nice. Recommended. Bulky luggage not recommended as the staircase to the apartment is a little narrow.

I looooove Ricardo Bofill, finally visiting "La Muralla Roja" was a dream come true, seeing his work up close in Calpe only deepened my appreciation for his genius. The building is truly one of a kind, walking through it feels like exploring a living sculpture, with bold colors, sharp geometry, and unexpected perspectives at every turn. It’s a visual and spatial experience that plays beautifully with light and shadow. What really took me by surprise, though, was the stunning natural setting. Calpe offers the perfect balance of sea and mountains, and the views from around the complex are breathtaking. A tip for future visitors: definitely rent a car. The terrain is hilly, and unless you're ready for a lot of climbing, having your own wheels will make exploring much easier. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip that I'd recommend to any design lover or nature enthusiast.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Stayed at this beautiful villa for a week with my family and could not have had a better time. Mark was the perfect host from the moment we arrived- even making my mum a cup of tea upon arrival! The surroundings are exceptional and the villa itself is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Javea Holiday Rentals say they go above and beyond and this could not be more true! Can’t recommend enough and cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much Mark and co!

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Everything is great. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is very large and the shower is fantastic. In the kitchen there was everything, sugar, tea, oil, kitchen paper, etc. We didn't cook but it looked very good in terms of cutlery and pots. The sheets and towels are impeccable.

Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Nice and spacious apartment, as the pictures showed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc, so cooking yourself could be very easy. Communication with Patty, who received us, was very easy. Apartment is a short walk from the boulevard.

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Beautiful views from the hot tub - a wonderful way to start 2025 :)

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.
