Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely Villa, walking distance to a couple of good restaurants and bars. Good bakers also doing breakfasts and brunch. Quiet location

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

The house is wonderful, with attention to detail to offer a very special experience. Raquel was always attentive and available in case we needed anything. The development is very quiet and family-friendly, ideal for relaxing. The direct exit to the pool from the terrace is a great plus. We loved it!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

It went very well during our stay. The house is very pretty and offers three bedrooms, close to Javea city center.

This is a three story gem, so tastefully designed, decorated and well equipped apartment in the heart of historic Javea. We were in contact with Amy and Dido on two occasions and they responded immediately. One was upon our arrival to retrieve a fly away umbrella that landed on their roof top…Dido was there in under 15 minutes! Lovely breezes to enjoy on the terrace, amazing restaurants, beautifully restored streets to meander through and lovely shops. We also loved our day trips to look out points in Granadella, Cap de la Nau and taking in the gorgeous views of the sea and landscape. Thank you Dido and Amy!

We had a lovely stay! The highlight was definitely the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking. The patio was perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and it really made the space feel like a true getaway. The bedroom did get a bit warm at night, especially during the hotter evenings, but the hosts provided a fan which helped keep things comfortable. Overall, a peaceful, scenic spot that we'd happily return to! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!), and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

This is a wonderful villa with modern renovation and stylish design. It has a large pool and is located in a quiet, picturesque area. We were very happy to spend a few days here with our children — it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at this beautiful villa. Hosts were excellent. So attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful, the heated pool a real bonus. It’s impeccably clean and has everything you need. It’s private and peaceful with secure parking. The garden and pool is well maintained and the view from the villa of the mountain is stunning. The surrounding area has so much to offer; beautiful walks, great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Lots of lovely places to visit in the car if you wish to venture out. Would highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed. Very sad to leave and will return next year to this villa. This has now become one of our favourite places to stay. Really loved it.

We had a great week as a family. The house is true to the photos, very comfortable and welcoming. Miguel Ángel was always willing, very quick to respond and very attentive.

We had a wonderful week at Bonita Stay’s Villa. The villa offered us all we could wish for, especially the heated pool. Lovely villa, clean, spacious and in a lovely quiet location. It was a very good home to spend time with my family. It's super chula decorated, modern and the pool is a perfect size. Tim communicated with us always proactive and was very kind. I will repeat. Just don't forget that without a car you can't do anything, you can't even go throw away the garbage walking. But everything else is 10.

Casa Leana was amazing!!! A very worthy 5 star!! Fantastic villa in a wonderful location, furnished beautiful, perfect pool in mature landscaped grounds. Location is quiet and only a 5 minute drive from the Arenal offering a fabulous beach, restaurants and shopping! Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with kids aged 6, 12 and 14. Communication was excellent throughout and Raf was extra helpful and accommodating! I can't recommend this place highly enough! Already planning our next visit!!!
