Great intimate location but still in easy walking distance of night life and restaurants

Condo is just like description. No surprises. Great kitchen and grill on balcony. Cabo is expensive so we made most meals there. Best kitchen utensils at any Aibnb I have ever stayed in. Many grocery stores walking distance. If you want to eat out million options walking distance. Only drawback if you sleep early is the bars across the way. Loud until after midnight but bedrooms have noise machines. I turned it up loud on ocean wave sound and it drowned it out. Walking distance to beach and marina. Though I suggest getting away from Medano as the touts are annoying. But I get it. There is nothing in Cabo other than tourism so folks need to make a buck. I was lucky because my good friends son lives in Cabo so didn't need guide but Arturo can hook you up with tours,fishing,etc..Great stay.

The location is great. Close enough to downtown to be able to walk (and not pay for a taxi every time), yet far enough to not be bothered with the rowdiness of the downtown atmosphere. It’s walkable to everything you need like the grocery store, Walmart, restaurants, and the beach. The property has 24/7 security on site and is very secure. The pools are nice and the property is very well kept. The condo was spacious, clean and very well kept. Exactly as described in the listing. The host is wonderful. Check in was clear and when I had a question, she was very timely and responsive. I will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was a little outside the tourist area but not too far. They provided more condiments and supplies than most places do. There are two pools on the property so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and if you love watching sporting events there is a sporting facility right across the street with events most nights but don’t worry it is not loud or disruptive.
