Monthly Rentals in El Coyol

Our experience staying here was out of this world. The accommodation itself was clean, well equipped, and a great location. However, another great part of our stay was Wilfredo. His warm welcome and communication was highly appreciated. He helped us organize massages, laundry, and horseback riding with ease. We will be coming back for another stay here.

We loved staying at Carolina’s house and really wished we could have longer. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable while the outside space also was equally enjoyable. Carolina was an amazing host who helped us so much, we’re very appreciative of her sharing that space they’ve built with us. It really does feel like a paradise when you’re able to watch sunset from that hammock or walk the beach at Playa Amarillo with no one around. It was fantastic having both the empty Playa Amarillo and Playa Gigante, with some walk-up bars/restaurants and small pulperías. We can’t wait to go back, and if you’re considering this area, this really was an amazing find to us.

We had a lovely night and morning at Renee's place. For an eco-lodge it's all you can want. Everything was clean. We had enough power to get through the night with a fan but honestly we didn't need one. The air temperature, humity and breeze is absolutely perfect, to die for. We just sat there on the rocking chairs on the deck listening to the howler monkeys, looking at the glow of the full moon until we dozed off and went to bed. It was therapy. We did the same in the morning. The bathroom is large and clean. For the price, we couldn't have had a better experience. We came up from Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica and had an experience that surpassed expectations. It's remote, private and delightful. It's a bit tricky to find but Maria Renee is very responsive and helpful. Thanks again Maria Renee. We hope to return.
