Monthly Rentals in San Juan

Jose’s place was great! Located in the nice quiet suburbs of San Juan, yet not far from restaurants, beaches. Check in was a breeze, so was parking. Plenty of street parking available. Of course the a/c & hot water is always a plus. Closet was spacious enough to put away our luggage to not clutter the place. All in all, I would stay at Jose’s place again if given the chance!

Great stay! Check-in was easy, and the host was kind and responsive. Having her mom nearby added an extra sense of comfort as a solo female traveler. The place had everything I needed for my month-long stay.. amazing A/C, hot shower, and easy Uber access to airport/around San Juan. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and parking was easy if you have a car. Overall, a very convenient stay!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

Nice apartment. Perfect for my overnight stay. Near the International Airport and Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping mall in Puerto Rico. The host provided great recommendations. I recommend it.
