David is always available, and Pedro, his trusted person, is super nice. The pool is great and the apartment is great, small but very comfortable.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

The stay was great, we felt at home. Everything was very clean and the pool was wonderful. The host was very attentive and pleasant and the person in charge of receiving us too. The accommodation is exactly as seen in the photos. Also on arrival they cover the security cameras, so there is absolute privacy.

Charming little villa. Outside modern and contemporary. Inside a mix of modern and Spanish, I absolutely loved the charm of this place. Exactly as described. Nieves was a fantastic host very responsive and couldn't of helped us any more.

The apartment is simply beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and equipped with great extras that make the stay particularly pleasant. Andrey, the host, was super friendly, always responded quickly and even gave us helpful tips. Although we arrived later than planned, the check-in worked out without any problems. Everything went smooth and very warm. Surroundings full of restaurants and many beaches, even a 24/7 shop. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Beautiful view and a cosy home.

We stayed here for a month in May/June. The villa is lovely, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a very quiet residential area but only around 10 minutes walk to La Mata beach. The garden is amazing and we were surprised how big it actually is. Nick js super friendly and a fantastic host, whenever we had a question or needed something he couldn’t do enough to help us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in La Mata.

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Apartment 20 minutes from Alicante, beachfront. Beautiful terrace, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. Very kind host and always ready to respond. Absolutely recommended.

Probably the cutest property on the cutest street amongst the nicest people and the little heartbreaker Maggie the cat. Location was peaceful and a 1 min walk from the great bars and eateries La Florida has to offer. The property was better than we expected, beautifully finished with a real home from home feel. Host was brilliant, check in was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. ❤️

We had a wonderful vacation at Sylvia's house. Very clean, well arranged, with plenty of storage. All the comforts are there. The bed and sheets were very clean and very comfortable. We slept extremely well in the bedding. The exterior of the house with its artificial grass is really very nice. We could walk around the house and move outside to use the hot tub very easily. The barbecue, the outdoor shower are little extras. Sylvia is very responsive and cares about her tenants. Thank you Sylvia. Our little Jack also liked it a lot. We will definitely come back!

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!
