Holiday rentals with a fireplace in El Chaparral

Excellent value for money! Dimitri and Mikhael were extremely responsive to messages and made the check in process seamless despite us arriving late. The BNB was clean and well equipped and is a real gem. Would 100% stay again

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

The hostess is very kind and very attentive answering messages. The house is very nice and faithful to the pictures. The truth that we felt right at home. We have not had any problems of any kind. It's the second time I've been and I'd go again.

A nice place, quietly located at the end of a street. Check-in and communication with Adolfo was very good and with quick response time. Beautiful beaches both north and south. Great place for lazy days on the beach, and not too far from larger cities such as Torrevieja and Alicante. Feel free to go there again

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

We really enjoyed the perfect pool for a family with small children. The neighborhood is fantastic! It's a beautiful and tranquil setting! There is an aldi that is built 10 minutes walk away, Los locos beach is 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed discovering Torrevieja and were surprised by this vacation destination which is ideal! The beachfront promenade is beautiful with lots of restaurants and shopping! The apartment is in a great location and very clean! We appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They are discreet and available quickly. The house is very well equipped and the gardens are well maintained! Our hosts left us a lot of gifts and little surprises when we arrived! They're taking care of them! We loved this house! Thanks for everything again!

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria looks great! She arranged for both check-in and checkout! The apartment is 15 minutes from the center but there is everything nearby (supermarket, bar/restaurant, pharmacy and the beach). The view from the apartment is perfect and the apartment matches the description. I highly recommend it!!

We’ve stayed at countless of airbnb’s and this is one of our favorites so far. My partner and I really recommend staying here. It feels like home, it’s convenient- close to grocery stores and beaches, and it’s calm and clean. The two stories and balcony also make it feel very spacious. Five starts!

Great location with beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance, even with children. The pool is relatively new and very clean. We had almost exclusive use of it – we only saw other people using it 3 or 4 times. It's also nice and quiet as it's a gated community. The apartment is spotless and has a beautiful modern bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice oven (again, this looked new) for meals in, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave… The bedrooms are comfortable and the twin room has a built-in wardrobe. The only thing to note is that this is a first-floor apartment, up a set of stairs, rather than a bungalow. This might make it more difficult to access for those who struggle with stairs. The host is super-friendly, responsive and flexible, and even came to meet us after 11pm – much appreciated, thank you! :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

David was an exceptional host. Very good communication throughout the week and the villa was exactly as described in the listing. The beer tap was a huge bonus for those who enjoy a beer!

It was exactly the place we were looking for. Comfortable, plenty of outdoor seating with possible shade, great pool, all amenities as needed.

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!
