Family-friendly holiday rentals in El Chaparral

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

Было приятно остановиться в этой квартире, где есть все необходимое начиная от постельных принадлежностей, заканчивая нужными мелочами на кухне. Удобный подъезд, есть возможность и места оставлять машину возле квартиры, но даже если вы решите ставить машину на паркинг, он расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы, с удобным заездом. Используя приложение вам будет дешевле стоимость. В квартире есть кондиционер, что иногда не мало важно, хотя ночью мы его не использовали, так температура в квартире была комфортная. С удовольствием порекомендую это место друзьям, и воспользуюсь возможностью остановиться в следующий раз. Спасибо огромное Пепи.

Ciara is a great host and the property was clean and as described.

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

Hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa! El apartamento era precioso, muy cuidado, súper limpio y ordenado. Se nota la atención a todos detalles. También contaba con todo tipo de enseres y útiles. Todo estupendo! La ubicación de la casa es fantástica a sólo 2 minutos de la playa caminando. Además, Natalia es muy buena anfitriona. Fue muy amable y flexible, tanto con la hora de llegada como con la de salida. Muy agradecidos, de verdad! En cuanto podamos, volveremos seguro!!

Fint og hyggelig opphold. Alt fungerte fint og det var veldig enkelt å kommunisere med utleier. Flott sted med deilig basseng;) Er avhengig av bil i området.

Excelente estadia en el departamento de Jose.. lugar increíble en frente del mar menor y el mediterráneo. La vista desde el dpto era fantástica. muy recomendable. Jose un genio que estaba siempre a disposición.. la manga fue un gran descubrimiento...

Väldigt vackert område! Vi trivdes väldigt bra under vår vistelse. Rent och fint både i boendet och runt om i omgivningen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Lovely place, everything you need was available in the villa, to a high standard. Don was extremely helpful. However you definitely need access to a car.

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. Herzlichen Dank auch an Aga.

Monika est une superbe hôte, très réactive. Le logement est propres, fonctionnel, une vue exceptionnel sur la mer. Tout a était parfait. Les exterieurs, jardins, piscines tout reste propre Niveau rapport qualité prix au top. Je recommande a 1000% l’appartement de Monika

was in a very central location which made it great for travel. but that did mean it was very noisy at night and early morning. However that wasn't a big issue for us. place was clean and well stocked, with some amenities. It was clean overall but some beer was left in the fridge so not sure if that was intentional or had been overlooked. if you want to cook need to bring some of the basics as not all are provided. the host was very helpful at all times and even let us check in much earlier as our checkout time was very early morning. response time to messages was great. would definetly stay again if visiting. thank you Celeste and Sarah also!!
