Everything 10 points. The apartment is super comfortable and in perfect condition. The area, although a little far from the center, is quiet and nothing that a car can't solve, it also has a large supermarket a couple of blocks away, pharmacy and cafes. In addition, Gustavo is very attentive and gave us some impeccable recommendations.

We stayed here for three months with our pets, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, it’s cozy, warm, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There’s also a lovely patio where you can enjoy an asado or simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it's easy to get to the city center thanks to frequent buses and easy access to taxis. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Sofia and Daniela are the best hosts - so warm, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. I truly didn’t want to leave because I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place without noise, this is place. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, all new. Matias was very attentive. He was always available, no matter the time. He helped me with pharmacies when I needed them urgently, even when he wasn't supposed to be on duty. Everything is beautiful. I recommend it 100%!!!
