Annemieke is a fantastic host, so kind, helpful and responsive. The Cottage is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could wish for. The garden is a stunning place to relax in. It’s a lovely and peaceful area with easy access to Assen. I would thoroughly recommend this home.

The accommodation is in a very quiet location where you can relax wonderfully. It is perfect for escaping the daily grind and simply switching off. There are beautiful long hiking trails in the area and the nearest shopping facility is easily accessible by car. We would recommend the accommodation in good weather in order to be able to fully use the garden and the veranda as well as the holiday park fully. But even in the rain, it was extremely cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We enjoyed the nice cottage. The layout as many have already written with the shower we find very funny. That gets used to quickly. The reception was very friendly, making you feel welcome and at ease right away. Parking in front of the door is also very convenient. Furthermore, everything is available in the cottage to make you feel wonderfully at home The terrace is also nice to sit on and easily accessible through the large door from the living room. The environment was also nice. We had a delicious dinner at the Koningsherberg and diagonally behind it is a farm with a milk tap where you can buy fresh milk, eggs and ice cream. Recommended. Great house, lovingly furnished and optimal location near the center. Good restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We thought that we were short of coffee beans, made contact and within a very short time a young man was standing at the door with the beans. Great service.
