Holiday rentals with a patio in Ehrwald

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

Our stay in the apartment Sepp was super nice and it looked just like the photos. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. The location is ideal for hiking in the area and the Trimini crystal thermal baths are also only half an hour away by car. We will be happy to come back!

We traveled as a family of four for 8 days. Veronika and her family live on the lower floor of the same house, and she was very kind and always available. She even helped us get from the train station, even though it’s quite close. The access to the rooftop apartment is via a not-so-comfortable ladder, but it’s definitely worth it. The view from the windows is incredible—just like in the pictures. The attic room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The best part is that almost everything is made of wood. The warm wooden floors were especially helpful, as our 8-month-old son loves crawling around. If you’re looking for peace, fresh air, and stunning 360-degree mountain views, this place is perfect for you. The village has a beautiful forest trail where we often went for walks. There’s a bus stop right across the house, with a bus going to Seefeld every hour—it takes just 7 minutes. Very convenient. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay in Längenfeld in the beautiful Oetztal! Both the area and the apartment are well worth doing. In the apartment where we stayed for 8 days, we lacked nothing. Had a great stay at Stephanie's place. Everything was clean, with the best equipment and as described. The large garden with the beautiful view is perfect for beautiful summer evenings. The city is a 30-minute walk. We felt absolutely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we will come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the large TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

Very well equipped apartment, huge balcony, borders directly on meadows and forests. Very nice and accommodating landlady, excellent communication

We (two adults and two dogs) felt very comfortable on an extended weekend. When we moved in, water bowls and poop bags for the dogs were ready. Joel responded promptly and kindly to our questions and gave us great tips for walking. Hiking routes are within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

The property and especially the view from the two balconies was incredibly beautiful! Breakfast overlooking the Zugspitze is just fun. Location is great, the service (fresh tea and hot water bottles on arrival) was great, friendly contact and spotless apartment. We felt comfortable all around and will be very happy to come back!

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

We had 1 night for 4 people on the way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us, because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the area because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it's quite sufficient. It was great!

Was very nicely received by Dagmar and Burkhard. They showed and explained everything to me and I immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean and very tidy. I slept wonderfully. Dagmar was always available and wrote back quickly. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station, almost on the lake and in the village center. I look forward to my next stay.
