Holiday rentals with a patio in Ehrwald

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

Good location and easy access. Appartment was in good condition and everything was as promised.

The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains from this apartment are fabulous! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge outdoor terrace. The mechanical blinds on the windows provide privacy and darkness when desired. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large open floorplan for the kitchen and living area between the 2 bedrooms...it felt very spacious. The apartment was very well-designed and comfortable. There is a parking spot available in a garage that is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2-3 minutes away to travel down into Innsbruck. You can also take a bus or walk up the hill (about 10 minute walk) to take the funicular down into Innsbruck or the cable car up near the peak of the mountain. Our hosts were kind people who were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Sepp war super schön und es sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal, um in der Gegend wandern zu gehen und die Kistalltherme Trimini ist auch nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Vero war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick – ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Innsbruck ist nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt, und auch Seefeld ist wirklich sehenswert. Vero war eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schön, super schön, wunderschön. Einfach nur Wow! ⭐️ Ich habe mit meiner Familie ein paar wunderschöne Tage und meinen Geburtstag dort verbracht! Wunderschöne Gegend, tolle Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt und wirklich sauber. Stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist super ausgestattet, um auch selbst dort mal zu kochen. Die Betten sind super bequem und selbst unsere beiden Teenager fanden das Trampolin auf der großen Terrasse super cool. Auch ein früherer Check In war machbar. Somit konnten wir den 1. Urlaubstag schon voll nutzen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zu Kate kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal im wunderschönen Ötztal. Vielen lieben Dank. 🫶🏻

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern unkompliziert und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage nahe Innsbruck war ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten Wandern. Da gibt es in der Gegend viele schöne Wanderwege. Calimoto hat da geholfen. Fußläufig ist eine gute Wirtschaft in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben auch gerne einmal die Sauna im Garten genutzt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und bringen unsere Fahrräder mit. Abends konnten wir an dem großen Esstisch auch Spiele machen. An dem großen Fernseher konnten wir den letzten Spieltag der Bundesliga verfolgen. Dunja hat auf Anfrage Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich. Grüße Johannes

Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem, miejsce przewyższa najśmielsze oczekiwania, czysto, schludnie i bardzo dużo przestrzeni. Definitywnie wrócimy w lecie :)

Das Haus von Simon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war nicht nur sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war zügig und reibungslos. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns netterweise auch einen Unterstand für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als schwere Hagel vorausgesagt waren. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Haus hat eine richtig gute und einladende Energie durch das viele Holz. Von Großweil aus kann man leicht an all die schönen Seen oder Wanderwege gelangen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls im Ort und in Murnau dann auch größere Märkte, falls man mehr benötigt. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche nach Erholung und Stille gesehnt und haben genau das bekommen. Vielen Dank an Simon und Sabrina.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, riesiger Balkon, grenzt direkt an Wiesen und Wälder. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, hervorragende Kommunikation

Es war alles hervorragend! Super schöne Gegend, extrem ruhig und tolle Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Den Vermieter haben wir kurz kennengelernt, super nette Leute. Ansonsten hat man vollkommen seine Ruhe, Self Check In/Check out ebenfalls top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

Die Unterkunft und insbesondere der Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen war unfassbar schön! Frühstücken mit Blick auf die Zugspitze macht einfach Spaß. Lage ist top, der Service (frischer Tee und Wärmflaschen bei Ankunft) war super, freundlicher Kontakt und makellose Wohnung. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet haben. Mitten im Zentrum von Murnau, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußweite. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Natur. Die S-Bahn fährt am Grundstück vorbei, war aber kaum zu hören.

Sehr schöne, helle und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung - man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Kommunikation mit Lisa war immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)

we verbleven met 3 personen in het appartement. De slaapbank met topper is een prima slaapplek voor de 3e en evt 4e persoon. alles is aanwezig in het appartement en het is er zeer schoon. voor het skieen in Seefeld een perfect verblijf. ook fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelen in het karwendelgebied. Jan reageert snel en is vriendelijk. prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Hermoso apartamento para visitar esta región, tiene todo lo necesario y un diseño hermoso. Se nota el esmero que le pusieron al diseño de interior, todo de buena calidad. Stefan es un anfitrión muy simpático y reactivo, nos ha encantado nuestra estadía!
