This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Studio Mill View

This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en gezinnen (met kinderen). Het zomerhuis is geheel tot uw beschikking. U heeft een eigen privé ingang; en een doorgang naar de gezamelijke tuin. In de gezamelijke tuin heeft u de beschikking over een privé terras waar u 's middags lekker in de zon kunt zitten. Ook kunt u hier uw fietsen veilig stallen. Het huisje dient ook netjes en schoon te worden achtergelaten. Het is ook niet toegestaan om onnodig de verwarming aan te laten

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.
