This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located Summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna. ( on request)in winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes you are on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces . The cottage has been totally renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. We look forward to your arrival!

Summer house the driemaster

The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The summer house is entirely at your disposal. You have your own private entrance; and a passage to the shared garden. In the shared garden, you have access to a private terrace where you can sit in the sun in the afternoon. You can also store your bikes here safely. The cottage should also be left tidy and clean. It is also not allowed to leave the heating on unnecessarily

We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Our lovely apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee near the beach, dunes and the cozy center. The apartment is wonderfully private and equipped with all the comforts. On the sunny terrace, you can relax after a day at the beach, a beautiful walk through the dunes or a fantastic bike ride in the area, to name a few examples.

Nieuwe studio, gelegen in de kern van Egmond aan Zee. Loop afstand van het strand, de duinen en de terrasjes de winkelstraat is 500 meter verderop, en de Dekamarkt is altijd vroeg open om 700 met lekkere warme broodjes! de bus stop is ook dichtbij dus een gezellig dagje naar Alkmaar is altijd leuk.
