Monthly Rentals in Effingham

We had a wonderful stay at Rose‘s little studio. The house with the the annexe is in a quiet neighbourhood, a little on the outskirts of East Horsley, but still in walking distance from a pub, restaurants and an italian cafe (!) Rose was very welcoming and easy going, a pleasure to talk to. We were allowed to use the whole garden, but had a private patio as well. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a loving touch (thank you for the bottle of iced water!!). We directly felt at home and booked again for a night in September. Highly recommended!

Nicky’s AirBnB is beautiful. Exactly as described (and better), plenty of attention to detail, private, accommodating, couldn’t have been more perfect for our weekend stay. Hoping to utilise again when we return to visit friends

We loved our stay, really peaceful and beautiful. If you are very tall, the shower might be a bit short for you, I'm 1.71cm and my head almost touched the roof. However the shower is over a bath so you could work around this. Overall, a lovely property.

We had a wonderful stay at Keepers Lodge, everything we needed was in the little flat, and it was very comfortable. We were at The Royal Windsor Horse Show for 5 days and the journey back and forth was fine only slightly held up some days by roadworks on the M25/A3 junction. As we didn’t know what time we would return each day it was ideal for us to self-cater. After long days at a busy show, it was lovely to get back to peace and quiet in the country. Collette very welcoming as were her dogs, and on hand should we have needed anything. Had we had more time at the farm we would have liked to enjoy a walk in the lovely countryside.
