Monthly Rentals in Edgbaston Reservoir

Peace was very responsive and allowed early check in as I was reaching in the morning :) The room was as expected and was clean. The bathroom was also very clean, even though it was shared with two other guests. Her place was 30 mins walk to the city centre but it was an easy and pretty scenic walk. The doors were quite creaky though and you may get woken up by someone opening/closing their doors. Locks were a little difficult to figure out. The stairs up the apartment were manageable.

Exactly what I needed. Reasonable price, peaceful and close to where I need to go to in the morning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Emily’s place. She is an exceptional host, and her place offers such a warm atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease❤️ What really stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and the strong emphasis on security, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for solo travelers, as it provides a sense of safety and peace of mind. The value for money is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and homely stay.

Staying at Mylene’s place was amazing, It exceeded our expectations and more. Will definitely be staying here again!
