Waterfront holiday rentals in Edgartown

Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful location in Woods Hole. Great view of Eel Pond and the waterfront.

There was one issue which Gary and the property manager coordinated on and took care of as soon as possible. WE HAD A GREAT STAY LOVED ALL THE BEACHES and hope to be back next year!

My son & I stayed at Nadia's place, & we had a fantastic time there!! It's a beautiful 2 bedroom house with one of the best panoramic views on the Cape, in my opinion! The house is extremely clean, & it offered everything we needed! 5 (out of 5) stars all the way!! Nadia was a wonderful host in every way, & we want to thank her SO much!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place! Kim left detailed instructions for everything from check in to local recommendations. Instructions were easy to follow and helped us maximize our stay, despite the weather being a bit cooler and rainier than we had hoped. Her place was spotless and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Being right on the beach was also incredible. We topped off our stay with breakfast at Wee Packet and left discussing how soon we could return. Would absolutely recommend Kim’s place!!!

The place was immaculate & they thought of everything! Coffee, water breakfast items & snacks were provided. They were also incredibly helpful & very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

miss. kristen was a wonderful host — timely responses with insightful information, and such a welcoming attitude! the home had everything that we needed for my trip in cape cod. things couldn’t have gone any better! near many restaurants, neighboring towns, and the beach nearby was beautiful. my group and i enjoyed so much… thank you so much for the stay!

We had an amazing time and would love to come again! The location was perfect, close to the beach and away from the busier parts of the island. I definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

A family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at Ruben and Celine's over Thanksgiving. The home had eveything we needed and was clean and comfortable. There is a fully fenced in yard for our dogs which was great! House is spotless, beds were comfortable...was a perfect stay! Communication with hosts was excellent. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Truly the best Airbnb experience I have had. Hosts are kind and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed. House is spotless. Beds very comfortable. Perfect location with the beautiful water view. Great restaurants around. And easy trip to Boston from the local train station just 10 mins away! We hope to come back soon!!!

James made our stay extremely special! Although there was some sand when we came in, everything was at the house from spices to towels. The area is very nice and the house has many things to keep you occupied with games! Definitely recommend for a group of friends!!

Marc was a fantastic and flexible host who was responsive and accommodating. His stay is a perfect spot, nestled in a quiet residential area with a private beach! Everything was perfect with his stay!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.
