Monthly Rentals in Eddy County

Our 3-night stay at Gabriel’s Airbnb was excellent value for money, being that it was the most affordable option in Carlsbad. Although the AC struggled slightly during hot daytime hours, it cooled perfectly to our liking by evening, ensuring comfortable sleep. The bed and overall setup were cozy, with thoughtful touches covering any essentials we might have forgotten. Gabriel’s clear instructions made finding the place easy, seeing that Google maps takes you to the wrong street. We appreciated the privacy and safety offered by the gated property. Ideal location too; super close to everything on our trip agenda! Just 10 minutes from Living Desert Zoo, 30 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns, and about 50 minutes to Guadalupe National Park, with downtown conveniently close. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Carlsbad!

My little group of 3 enjoyed ourselves so much. The house was easy to find and it was a very relaxing place to come home to after a day of adventures.

Just perfect for a quick visit. Great location and ample space for two people. Overall, it was very well remodeled and decor was unique. Lovely bathroom and amazing historic rock structure. Was very hot as expected, and the air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Joelie’s house was amazing. Perfect location minutes from downtown Carlsbad and easily accessible to major roads leading to attractions such as Carlsbad Caverns National Park. We throughly enjoyed the stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities to make a meal after a long drive in. To our surprise water was left in the fridge which was greatly appreciated since most of our time in Carlsbad was spent hiking. We would definitely stay here again.
