Loved the cabin! Right off the water and very clean dock. Even had fishing poles and tackle in the cabin for us to use if needed. We were very pleased with the entire property ! Highly recommend, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay on the lake look no further!!

This place is beautiful! In the mornings we swam, went kayaking, paddle boarding and had a great time! In the evenings we caught quite a bit of catfish. The house is stocked with just about everything you would need to get by on vacation. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery. Within a couple hours, someone was there to install a new battery. The only issue we had was that my grandmother had a little difficulty getting on and off the dock. Everyone else could navigate the small obstacle quite well. All in all a Great Lake house. We plan on coming back! Thank you Joni for letting us know enjoy your wonderful cabin!

We chose to stay in the cottage after seeing the beauty of the property and the friendly "roaming" horses and more. My two elementary aged daughters LOVE horses and they were ticked to be able to pet and be near them as able. The covered patio is excellent and peaceful. Great breezes and views each morning and night. Our family cooked on the provided charcoal grill and played board games. It was nice to not have televisions and devices out. We booked an AMAZING horseback ride with Rhonda at Yellowsnake Horses Brazos River Ranch on the Friday of our check-in for a sunset ride. It's only twenty minutes away and we learned about them from Petra's guide book. We enjoyed our experience and time at the cottage. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect place for our family to get together for Christmas! We loved everything about it - getting away from the busyness of life and going to a beautiful and peaceful place was just what we needed. Lots of room and bathrooms for everyone. We made good use of indoor shuffle board and poker table as well as outside fire pit. Also, the pretty setting was great for taking family photos. We definitely want to come back!

We had a great time at Sarah's place. It was perfect for our family of 5 to have a relaxing time at the lake. The house was as described and had plenty of everything we needed. The lake was so nice and having access to the water in the back of the house was so nice! We had the best time swimming off the dock. Sarah is super helpful and very friendly! We would stay here again and again.
