There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Had a wonderful time at Lorraine's on the Cape. The apartment is near many of the National Seashores best beaches and protected parks, as well as within walking distance (just down her road) from the bay, with calmer, warmer waters and views of the sunset. It is also furnished cozily, and functional to a tee. Lorraine made us feel at home, gave us valuable tips for our stay on this charming headland and was, overall, a great host. One of my standout moments that I take home from this trip is barbecuing in Lorraine's garden after a sun filled day at the beach.

Eastham: Beautiful 2 bedroom (3 bed) cottage

We had a lovely summer vacation week at Joanne’s AirBnB. The space is a guest cottage at the back of Joanne’s property, yet bushes and trees offer plenty of privacy. The cottage is absolutely lovely - updated, tidy and clean as a whistle. Heads and shoulders better than most AirBnBs our family has stayed at for the price. And the location is excellent. Away from the tourist crowds of the lower cape, yet close to all the best beaches and excellent dining in Eastham and Wellfleet. Our favorites among Joanne’s recommendations were Arnold’s, an excellent clam shack and mini golf place, and Bookstore Restaurant in Wellfleet. Joanne was incredibly responsive and sweet. For some reason, I mistook the length of our stay and thought we had one more day available than we did! Joanne was very understanding and even entertained our two kids while we packed up our place! Overall, an excellent stay and very gracious, lovely hosts. I can’t recommend Joanne’s place more highly.

Waterfront Luxury Cottage ~ National Seashore Area

Donna's cottage was gorgeous inside and out. The view of the pond was so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with very comfortable furniture. The inside was well laid out. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows. The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. We used the beautiful glassed in dining room/sunroom both to eat and to play Scrabble. There were enough lamps to make reading easy. The television was easy to use. We met Donna when we arrived and she made us feel right at home. We communicated a couple times during the two weeks and she was very responsive. We didn't have any issues. There are many restaurants nearby, the visitor's center for the National Seashore is 1/10 mile away. We enjoyed the Wellfleet Audubon, a drive to Lieutenant's Island, the Cape Rep Theater, the Orpheum and the Cape Cinema.

Great stay! The home was clean. The home is well equipped and it is clear that great thought went into making sure that guests have everything they need during their stay. The location is excellent! A short bike ride to the CCRT, and the beaches are a short drive away. A 5-minute walk to Stop-n-Shop, and several good restaurants are also close by. All in all, I would recommend this place highly and would definitely stay here again.
