Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Apartment right next to pool so you don’t need to go looking for sun beds. Inside apartment was clean and has everything you need. Thank you Willem your communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Apartment had everything you might need including a whole cupboard full of herbs and spices! Lovely pool, always loungers available by the pool - pool was never too busy despite a staying peak season. Easy (if you don’t mind steps) 10 minute walk to the Roman bridge. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very nice and comfortably equipped (everything you need). The complex is in a beautiful area and is pleasantly quiet. We had a rental car but you can easily walk to the port or beach. We had a good time and saw a lot. João is a great host, always helpful. Thank you.

We really enjoyed it and the proximity to the Rocha and beaches was excellent.

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice it’s so much nicer! And much bigger than we were expecting. The location is the best in the area it really is right on the beach! Instructions to find the apartment could’ve been more in detail but we did find it after someone else helping us.

We are delighted to have stayed in this apartment. It was very clean, well arranged, it felt very good. We appreciated the bottle of wine Hanna offered as well as the plaids on the couch to watch TV in the evening, warm! A big thank you also for your responsiveness. If we return to Portugal, we will enjoy coming back to this rental.

We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Praia da Luz and made the perfect choice with Maria's apartment. It was home from home for self catering, starting every day with breakfast on the balcony and ending with an evening meal at the sunlit dining table. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, and even had tupperware so you could pack a picnic.  The location could not have been better, 2 minutes from the beach, the Paraiso and one of the best restaurants in Luz, the A Conche. Our host Maria could not have been kinder, more responsive or more helpful. We arrived on a national holiday, and she went out of her way to find out what shops would be open for us to buy supplies. Every question we had was answered wothin the hour.  We will definitely be back for future anniversaries! 

Maria’s place is amazing. The location is great, near bars and restaurants. A few minutes to the strip, the beach, the grocery stores and the pool. The house itself was very clean and spacious. Washrooms were clean. Kitchen was complete with all you need for cooking and prepping food. Beds, linens and towels smells fresh and not musky. And last but not the least, Maria is very responsive and such a very lovely host.

Very well located accommodation, possibility to go to the beach and the city center on foot. Always free parking spaces near the apartment. Clean space, matches the photos.

Cute little apartment in a small fishing village from which you can take the ferry to Fuseta island. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Anabel was very accommodating about storing our luggage at her office after checkout since we wanted to spend that day in the area …

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

An absolute recommendation ! We were there with two toddlers. You live between locals and that's super great, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Mention should be made of the friendly landlord of the apartment who even brought us Portuguese particles. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (except salt) ;) even towels are provided and that is plentiful. Super comfy beds and the apartment is air conditioned, which greatly facilitates the stay in summer. Once a week, a cleaning lady comes to clean and change the bedding. It is communicated via a messenger where you always get a direct response. All in all, we are all very satisfied and will definitely be back. 😌

Our stay at Elena’s place was great. Elena was very communicative and gave great instructions on how to get to the apartment and check in. The apartment was very spacious for 6 people and clean and stylish. It was in a great location, close to the Marina and the old town. It was also extremely convenient in terms of parking our hire car which we appreciated. We can highly recommend staying here.

It was a pleasant stay I wanted to stay longer. I felt at home. Iia back.

It was all perfect and very clean. I had to take a flight from Faro Airport in the morning the next day. The place was perfect for that too. I arrived at the airport quickly and recovered from the apartment.

We had an excellent stay ar Casa Jasmin. The place was as listed. Jasmin was waiting for us for the check-in process, and she showed us all the apartment. There is a close supermarket. Beds were confortable
