We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Our hosts were amazing. They responded quickly. They were very welcoming to us and provided easy-to-follow instructions. The location was great and the house was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Amazing Backyard, Very Cozy Home, Very Clean, Nice Decorations, and Easy To Follow Instructions. We had a great time relaxing here and felt right at home. It was also a bonus we were able to bring our dog. He had plenty of room to run, play, and relax as well. Would highly recommend.

Stunning Stunning! A must booking. Kathrin was such an amazing host. She was very prompt on responses. We had an issue with the pool heater system and she was efficient and prompt to resolve the issue. The space was incredibly spacious but also had a warm cozy touch. Really was a welcoming space. The surprise shed in the back was beautiful. Overall a wonderful stay and host. Exceeded my expectations 😍 Will be looking forward to booking again very soon.

John’s place is absolutely stunning! The deck and the dock made for beautiful mornings with coffee and evenings with wine. It’s a short drive from a few beaches or to the ferry to fire island. Overall would definitely stay again!

Such a charming home, beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed. The pool is super chic, and the backyard a lovely size and well laid out. A huge plus were the bed linens and pillows, I had to sneakily find out what the brands were because it was better than most hotels I've been in recently! We had an excellent weekend – cozy in the house, reading in the backyard, taking in the town. All in all, 10/10.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

My family and I had the most amazing time celebrating two birthdays as well as New Year’s. The pictures do not do this house justice. This house was so amazing for our family of nine. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were very spacious, the two sunroom rooms were perfect (my family would hang out in the tiny sunroom with the bar in it every single morning. It was everyone’s favorite room.). One thing that was the best bonus was the built-in speaker system throughout the house on the main level. My brother-in-law is a DJ and knew how to use the system, which was amazing because we would have dance parties. The only thing I would ask Constantine to do is to possibly give instructions on how to use it because it is a definite bonus. We even had a bonfire one night as well as a BBQ. Even though we came during winter this place was perfect.

We had the best time at Robby and Joe's place!! Before we arrived, they reached out to make sure we find everything ok and they were so sweet. Their place was exactly as described and we felt at home right away. The location is perfect!! Super comfortable beds and they had a very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. From beach chairs over Kajaks to umbrellas, they have everything!! The outdoor space is a dream, we watched the sunset every evening. A magical stay! Will definitely be back soon!!

A very nice and spacious house, quietly located in the countryside. In 5 minutes by foot you are on the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and in the morning you can hear a lot of birds. Communication in advance was great. It was even responded to the wish of a toaster. The rooms are nice and the beds very cozy. There were three of us and we had good space. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There was even water ready upon arrival. In the living room there is a large TV with Netflix.

Our stay at the house was wonderful experience. Our host Michael whom fortunately we met personally is one of the nicest person you’ll encounter in life. The surrounding and the grounds were so beautiful that you will enjoy when you stay at that house. Many thanks to our host and his well managed house. The place is very close to all lovely restaurants, shopping areas, etc. We all highly appreciated and recommend to stay at this place for any occasion and vacation. We needed to get in a half hour early just to make sure we were dressed and ready for a nearby wedding. Juan could not have been more helpful or accommodating. House is very clean, as pictured, and is very nicely decorated.

Well-appointed and beautiful new property with space for a family of four to spread out and feel comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels and beach pass so that we could enjoy the private beach access down the road. The board games and family-friendly downstairs space was also a wonderful addition! Chris was an incredibly friendly and responsive host; I was comfortable asking questions at anytime during our stay.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Paul is a great host. This is our 2nd time staying at Paul's home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Clean, beautiful and in a lovely town. Paul is easy to communicate with and was thoughtful throughout the whole stay. We look forward to staying at Paul's home again in the future.
