Rosemary was an excellent host and the home was clean, well stocked and felt very comfortable as a home away from home while traveling. We especially enjoyed the community’s private beach, using the provided parking pass, which was clean and calm water for children. After checkout I had left a pair of glasses and Rosemary let me know right away and assisted me in retrieving them before we left town which was much appreciated. The amenities for staying with a child were so helpful (changing table, pack & play, high chair, baby gate for stairs, beach toys). Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We had a great stay while in town for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed for our family, which included two toddlers and a dog. The deck was a great feature and they even had extras for pets (like a dog bed) at the home. Would recommend!

From the kayaks to the coffee, our stay was glorious! I loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Niantic River. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and there are so many amenities. Location is perfect- a short walk to the boat dock and back entrance to the Oswegatchie Hill Trail. We loved our stay in Westbrook! Mia's lovely home exceeded our expectations in terms of decor, furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen and bath ... all in a quiet and private setting. The house was especially well-situated for us. We had tickets for a special theater performance at Gillette Castle one evening, and then had to be in New Haven on the next day. All were easy drives. And, there are amazing fine dining options nearby. We'll definitely try to book this wonderful place any time we have events in the area. Thank you, Mia, for a magical Autumn weekend in Connecticut!

What a beautiful place! We needed accommodations for our family as we attended our daughter’s graduation. This place was perfect . Plenty of space and we had everything we needed . We didn’t want to leave .

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Glenda was friendly and had great communication from Start to Finish. This was a nice location for a family fun weekend. Although the drive is close enough to stores if you need anything (target/stopnshop/bjs etc), the property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard is a great place to hang out and relax with the fire pit or have fun in the pool. And when the weather was crappy the pool table and hanging out in the basement den was nice. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. We enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend. Thanks again! 😊

We had an excellent stay while attending our son's graduation at UCONN. The place was clean and homey, perfect when traveling back and forth. Our plans changed and we did not bring our dog, and Ashley was kind enough to refund us. My son goes back to UConn in the fall for his master's, and we know where we will stay again next May.

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

Went with family for a weekend trip. Tracy and Patrick’s home is lovely, very beautiful and well maintained. And everyone enjoyed including my kid who found a lot of toys to play.

Only complaint would be the noise from road during the morning commute

Great little spot. This rental has everything you need. Forget something-they got it. Very clean and modern with thoughtful touches. Had an extended stay here and extended for longer. 1 bedroom with loft that owner made into another bedroom for me. Loved it. Great deck, stunning lake view from all the windows. Owner very responsive to any needs. 100 percent recommend. Neighborhood lovely and quiet. Amazing respite.

We had a wonderful weekend at Aude's home in Essex. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was immaculate. It is a 7 minute drive to the center of town, which was convenient. The host was very responsive and quick to fix any concerns we brought to her attention. I would definitely return to this Airbnb!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bedrooms were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. The host, Alexis, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. I especially loved the view from the back deck. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I had a lovely time staying for the weekend. Walking through the working barn up to the beautiful loft area was a really fun experience. We loved the view from the back deck and the bathroom was really amazing. They have done an amazing job with this place and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

This was a great place to stay for 3 of us using all 3 bedrooms. We found it convenient to get to an event we were attending and easy to get to other towns in the area and back to the airport. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. There were clear instructions and helpful recommendations.

Beautiful surroundings, a lovely, authentic home that lived up to the description. There was so much quiet space to truly relax and spend time with friends - all of our party had a great stay. Pros: the walking trails, the rope swing, the comfy beds, big TVs and spacious rooms Cons: maybe a few more cooking utensils, pans, etc? it's a great kitchen otherwise!
