York House Annex is a super place to stay. Lucy was very responsive to messages & flexible with check-in timings. She had thought of everything and made the little cottage very comfortable. Bed was comfy and everything was clean & charmingly decorated. I would highly recommend.

This was a lovely, cosy home to stay at, it was very clean and tidy. The location was quiet and peaceful. It had everything that you needed in the home. Lovely underfloor heating too. The host was extremely helpful and provided great places to go and things to do. I would visit again.

I had a lovely stay at the shepherd’s hut, it’s a beautiful location and had all the amenities you’d need. Isobel was very friendly and responsive, and even offered to get the heating going on the pool for me. It’s useful that there’s a small M&S and nice cafe within walking distance too, so you’re not forced to drive for the essentials. Would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing couple of nights at the Potager. The property and garden were just as pictured, and we had everything we could possibly have needed. Katie and her husband were wonderful hosts, and we felt they were always on hand to help should we have needed anything. We arrived to some local goodies, which were quickly demolished - what a lovely touch. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very well set up, and the garden was an oasis. We felt so well rested and relaxed after our stay, and didn’t want to leave! The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks from the doorstep. We couldn’t recommend the Potager more and certainly hope to return!
