1870's 3-story house private bedroom

My stay at Sheila's was wonderful. I am glad that after a long search I came across her beautiful home. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt the wonderful homey atmosphere. Sheila is an amazing person! If I would ever visit New York, I would choose to stay at Sheila's again. Communication with Sheila before and during my stay went smoothly. The area around the house is very safe, even after dark I felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, as well as a subway station. If you are considering staying at Sheila's house, I highly recommend it.

1 Stop to Midtown! Private Bedroom, Landmark House

Lovely house and so close to the subway and easy to get around. Great bathroom and fantastic shower. Orestes's was always on hand to ask questions and support us if we needed anything. After a day of exploring it was a welcoming place to come back to. Thank you.

Duplex Smart Home 2 Bed 2 Bath

I have booked many airbnbs and Farhan was not only one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, but his home exceeded our expectations! It felt like every detail was handled with genuine hospitality and integrity while still feeling relaxed and warm. Plus the home was less than 5 min to LGA, in a very safe area, and smooth to get in and out of. Which is not always the case in the city! This property is a gem!

Cozy Private Room. 15 min to Manhattan (Brooklyn)

AshleyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Good spot to stay central to most areas of NYC- easily walkable to the train station. looked exactly like photos, common areas and room were both very clean. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Andres is also very kind and responds quickly, helping me figure out parking! note: if you stay in the summer, the common areas may be uncomfortably hot. bathroom gets muggy. but! you can blast the AC in your room to cool down. also parking can be tricky- if youre staying for more than a day or two you will likely need to move your car multiple days. there is a parking garage but its $30 a day. so just come with enough time to figure out parking or plan to pay if in a hurry!

Private Room B in WNY

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and well equipped. The bus ride to Manhattan takes about 25 min. I would definitely stay here again. To be considered: there are 3 rooms sharing 1 bathroom in the apartment.

Astoria cozy bedroom 15min train to Manhattan

Kyung EunRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I absolutely loved staying at Boddi and Shazzy’s place! It’s located in Astoria, Queens - my first time staying in this neighborhood, and I was pleasantly surprised by how safe and peaceful it is. The area feels like a true residential district, yet it's well-connected to Manhattan by train (about a 30-minute ride). There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment was clean and cozy. I loved the room decor, and I especially appreciated the fan and small air conditioner - they made the space extra comfortable. Boddi thoughtfully provided welcome snacks and drinks, which was such a nice touch. While she was away, her friend kindly looked after the place and made sure everything ran smoothly. I felt well cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for one or two people visiting NYC who are looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable home base - perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or a busy work trip.
