Monthly Rentals in Dunes of Bani

Very nice place. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well equipped and well kept. The four stars for checking in were because the garage door code only worked when we got there. When we returned from dinner in town we had to slip through the gate at the side of the property. You might avoid sleeping in the main bedroom unless you don't mind the constant beeping of the security system. Loved the place and hope to return some day for a longer stay.

We stayed with a few friends for a long weekend. The house and grounds are peaceful and comfortable, walking distance to the beach. And the cook is AMAZING - we didn’t realize that was a feature of the house until after we booked. It was so great to have coffee already made in the morning, and dinner waiting for us every evening. Absolutely made our visit feel extra-luxe. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Puntarena Beach Condos. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — even better. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The view was breathtaking, with the beach just a short stroll away. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze. The property itself is quiet and well-maintained, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. If you’re looking for a serene escape with beautiful surroundings and a cozy, well-appointed space, I can’t recommend Puntarena Beach Condos enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
