Great house, clean, organized, and very spacious layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

I booked this AirBnb to stay there with my 3 kids, mom, and nephew. I work abroad and havent seen them in over a year. This airbnb and the surrounding area provided us with plenty to do and we achieved the goal of spending quality time together. Every day we would hit the beach and then when were in the house we would play games, watch movies, or swim. It was VERY relaxing with the quietness and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the money for the memories we created. If youre on the fence about this place, book soon as possible or else you'll miss out.

We love Tu’s house! 10 min drive to honeymoon island state park beach. We kayaked to Caladesi Island and absolutely love this location! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect! Tu accommodated us for a late check out and was always quick to respond. We will definitely book again! 🏝️✨

Condor's Nest offered everything that our party of seven needed in true 5 star fashion. The location was perfect for walking into town which was a huge bonus and the setting, with the Gulf a few steps away made every evening awe inspiring.

The place felt like home! Very peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!

We had a great experience at Vito’s Airbnb. The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was wonderful. We especially loved that the pool and patio were screened in. Loved the large dining room table. The garage had a wagon, chairs, and toys to take to the beach. Plenty of pool inflatables. Washer/Dryer including laundry detergent. We cook most of our meals so it was nice to have a good selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The home was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/soap), even beach/pool towels. Would absolutely stay here again!

House was exactly as advertised, pool and atmosphere was extremely relaxing!

The communication and ability to extend another day was seamless. The hosts were amazing, informative, flexible, and friendly. I definitely will come back again and stay there- central to a lot of things. The trip was so much more fun and comfortable staying here! I recommend this place 100 times over! Thank you again- it was a great stay.

For being an older home, it was in decent condition. We had 6 guests and it was perfect for our group. We were able to order food easily and plenty of room for everyone. The back porch was nice to hang out and relax. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing family reunion in this well appointed lovely home. En suites for everyone, walking distance to downtown, fabulous gathering spaces in the house and on the porch. We used the bikes, rode the golf cart and loved the coffee machine. Gorgeous home with great communication. We will be back!

Beautiful home! Booked for my bachelorette and it was such beautiful space. Only 20 minutes from Dunedin beach! Or do what we did and have an entire pool day in the gorgeous heated pool! Bree was very responsive and helpful too!

From de moment we made the booking till checkout Nicole made sure we had all the required information. Communication with Nicole was great. We loved the location, close to the Beach, local restaurants. The pool and outdoor Area were our favorite. We would book Nicole’s Place when back in the area.

my family stayed at Leslie's place for Father's Day weekend, and we had a great time in her spacious, comfortable home. She really thought of all the details. I have two small children 3yo and 5 months old, and it was so nice to have toys, books, wipes, pack n play, and even a little balance bike available to use! so many amenities, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and a little basket of commonly forgotten things was such a thoughtful addition. really close to honeymoon Island. we will certainly stay again!

Had a great stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guidebook was a nice touch and helped us explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for our quick trip to St. Pete and had everything we needed. It was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the activities at the place. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in the area again.

Great home in a nice neighborhood. Nice set- up with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the plus was having 3 bathrooms so everyone could get ready.

Nice home, only a 30 minute drive to the beach! Located in a quiet area. Looked just like the pictures but it’s even nicer in person.

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to things we wanted to do so that was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We communicated with our hosts using the app prior to our arrival but had no questions or problems after arrival so no need to communicate with them. We enjoyed our stay very much.
