From start to finish, our stay was amazing. Erika was an exceptional host. She proactively made sure that we had all that we needed ahead of time and even checked in with us during our stay. The home was gorgeous. Beautiful views, clean, and super convenient to the beach and restaurants. We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and my birthday, and our stay at Erika's place was just perfect for the occasion!

We recommend your stay at Crescent Beach Club 1-18C. Sand Feet is the most communicative host we have ever encountered in our travels. The relaxing beautiful beach is beyond words. Every day we watched dolphins go by and we even saw a manta ray and a manatee one day! From the moment you arrive at the CBC parking lot you are greeted by friendly guards which gives you a safe feeling. Those feelings are magnified when you realize the elevator lobby, pool and beach are only accessed by the fob provided to you. No unwanted visitors really makes you feel as safe as being at home! You won’t regret choosing this place for your next vacation!

The entire family loved the space. We loved the privacy - pool and hot tub, accessories for the beach with the wagon! Stocked kitchen. Beautiful decor. We didn’t want to leave. We hope to return!

Perfect size for two couples, actually larger than expected. Great location, felt as if it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Nicest Airbnb we stayed in around there.

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. Very happy with our stay and the location or this airbnb. Less than 2 minutes from the beach, an enjoyable walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rec pool is also right across the street and only $4. My family and I are looking forward to going back!

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

We are really happy about Matt’s place, great location and set up, we also highly recommend this place if you travel with kids, playground and kids friendly trial 2 blocks away, safe neighborhood. Matt also set us up with all the essentials we asked for plus a wagon full of beach toys. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Gloria’s place for three days as a family, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic — just minutes away from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, nestled in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself is cozy, thoughtfully arranged, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with Gloria was fast and easy — she’s a great host. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return next year!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful serene get away. The home was lovely, super clean, updated and we loved watching the sunset on the balcony. The owner even left us a nice surprise basket! We had a professional photographer come to capture our engagement. The pictures turned out beautiful with the beach and park close by. We only wished we would have stayed longer!

We liked absolutely everything about our stay at Nicole's property. We will be coming back for sure!! The beach was so close and easy to get to that even a 3-year-old was able to make it on foot. We liked Indian Rocks Beach better than Clear Water one because it was much less crowded. We travel quite often but have never been in a property so well equipped. There is everything you might think you need. We did not have to bring the wagon, the chairs, and many other things because everything was available! Even though there were two more properties on the same premises, it felt like we had enough privacy. The pool was basically our private pool. Nicole is very responsive and helpful! Everything was sparkly clean. Truly everything was perfect to the extent that even shampoo and conditioner (which I usually don't use) were perfect for my hair. Every single detail was thought-through and in perfect condition. Kudos to Nicole and her family for having this property so well-kept!
