Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dunedin

We loved our room, we liked the fact there was a bar restaurant on the lower level and close to water view. The pool could have been cleaner and the floors in the room needed mopped but we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a great stay. We will use this place again. Location was fantastic to downtown Dunedin and a lot to do around there. Kristen is great and answered all questions prior to arrival and was very accommodating. Working with a host like Kristen was a pleasure.

My flight got in earlier than expected and Caroline was very accommodating in letting me get into the unit earlier. The place was as pictured and very clean. She had a binder with lists of recommended places and activities to do while there. Very appreciative of Caroline and absolutely loved my stay.

I had a great time staying here. The apartment is adorable and has everything you could need. Very close to Clearwater beach with restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tim!

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Host were very helpful and understanding with instructions and had many items they for multiple activities to let you use. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if I were to come back.

This was our second stay in this place and we just love it, we feel it like home. This place has become our beach home when we go to Clearwater. Location is exceptional, close to being best award winning pies Zukie’s, beach areas, etc. Thank you so much for such an amazing home away from home!

Absolutely wonderful home from the spacious surroundings inside to the peaceful screened porch with comfy couches to socialize and relax. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! Our host kept in touch and offered suggestions and tips to enjoy Dunedin. The pass to Honeymoon Island was a great perk!! We LOVED this fantastic home!!

We booked last minute as it was a last minute family trip and I have to say we all are glad we chose Denay’s place. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was safe for the kids to play in. Since we rented the entire place (both units) we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone when the kids were outside. It’s right next to Pinellas Trail so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and have the kids used their scooters on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend!

Rafal place is exactly what an Air b&b should be. Clean fully stocked w/bathroom necessities also washer, dryer Pool area is perfect ,beach & pool toys in garage for guests to use. we rented this home because it was 4 houses from my cousin. It was myself & my husband so we didn't need a 3 bedroom home. I'm not sure if we were charged per person or by bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Raphael's place was a convenience booking for my husband and myself my family lives Four Doors Down Everything you would need from towels to pool toys to beach toys are available for all. Great little place to stay. Fully stocked place with everything you might need. Jarrod and Elizabeth were very helpful with some recommendations and were great with email communications. Would be happy to stay here again if we return.

Tu’s place had everything we needed for staying with kids. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. She promptly responded whenever we had questions about the house or needed recommendations. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to find.

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

Brendan and Becky Sharkey were great hosts. They gave us a comprehensive house and neighborhood guide. They were very easy to communicate with and also very responsive. The home was great. It was well decorated and organized. The walk in closet was perfect to store your luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had access to a pool and beach access was just a short drive away. All the necessities for the beach were provided which was wonderful. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and recommend this Airbnb for your next trip to Clearwater.

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

We had an amazing stay. We loved all the amenities. The condo was gorgeous. A super comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient for breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner every night because there are so many great restaurants in Clearwater and the surrounding communities. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place!

Totally exceeded my expectations!!! Rosana was amazing! Her condo was exquisite. Loved the personal touches and hospitality that was extended. Can't wait to come back!!!
