Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Tucson

I’ve stayed at this place a few times now and have never been let down. I noticed a deep clean has recently been done in the bathrooms. They were spotless! Location is very walkable with many food options close-by. The highlight for me is the living room view & balcony.

Lawrence’s little bungalow is as advertised. He was always very responsive and made sure that I was able to locate the property and just check in with me to make sure I was accommodated. The property is close to U of A campus as you get the bang for the buck. Would stay again given the opportunity.

Awesome place to stay in Tucson! The unit was right in the heart of downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and The University of Arizona all within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very responsive and the unit was very comfortable. I loved that it was downtown and in walking distance to public transport and many stores. The only thing is that the walls are thin. All in all it was a great experience.
