Great location, very clean, quiet, nice private outdoor courtyard, garage parking and everything available in the house for a nice stay!

Don't let this being a "new" listing make you question anything, my best friend and I have been coming here for years and just like the first time, it is an absolute gem. The space: it is 2 bedrooms, both good in size and comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need for quick meals, but let's be honest, you're going to Memphis so may as well just use it for some late night pizzas! The living room is a good size and it is perfect for hanging out. The area: it is most definitely walkable to downtown and Beale, or to the baseball stadium. There are a couple fantastic restaurants within a block, and you MUST go get chicken at Gus's. The secured parking and reserved spot give you a sense of peace knowing your car is safe. The owners: absolutely fantastic. The current owners were co-hosts when we started coming here, and they did not miss a beat. Always responsive, great recommendations, and just a pleasure to do business with. All in all, if this place available, book it. 10/10

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the entire stay. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a perfect stay for those traveling alone for business or just a getaway. Very quiet and peaceful area. The host is always responsive and understanding. You probably won’t want to rent any other unit after you stay here.

When i think back about the loft... i keep coming out with 2 words... Extremely Charming... Followed by Sooo Comfortable, and then there's THE location.. If you are there to get some Downtown Memphis.. It is ridiculous how convenient you are to it all. It makes no sense. Do yourself a favor... . if its available.. grab it.. because it won't be long. ✨LOVED my stay! Omgosh the decor is v much aesthetically pleasing, the kitchen is well-stocked, the w/d, the location (w/ off-street parking), and all so clean .... but the bedroom was 💛🙌🙌🙌💛! The bed itself, the pillows, the bedding, the two bedside light fixtures, the ceiling fan, the big TV, the darkening curtain, geesh I never wanted to leave!!! I will most definitely stay again, thanks y'all 🙏

Very convenient place to stay downtown , Looks like photos

Beautiful place to stay in downtown memphis, comfortable bed, clean living space, very cozy for any amount of time with a big washer and dryer. Tim was a great host, stayed in communication with us the whole trip without being overbearing, and responded within less than 30 minutes every time. The only small thing is noise at night on the weekends, but this was mentioned in Tim’s detailed description so it’s honestly not a complaint, especially when Tim provides complimentary ear plugs and a sleep mask. I will absolutely be looking here first when I return, one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had so far.

Mark is the Ultimate ambassador for Memphis, so helpful and caring about your stay. There is much more to Memphis than we expected but I will leave it up to Mark to be your tour guide as he enjoys it so much. The location is perfect for exploring downtown only 10 min away, with beautiful gardens at the house and a nice park you can walk to nearby. The unit we stayed in was very welcoming and cozy below the main house, which has been beautifully remodeled with the rich flavor of the past. We would definitely return on our next visit to Memphis!

The condo was very convenient and in a great location. If we come back to Memphis, we'll definitely consider staying here again!

Amazingly quiet, close to the action, definitely not luxurious but absolutely satisfactory and a terrific value. If you are nostalgic for dorm life, this is your spot. High rec if you want to save money on lodging and spend it on delicious food. This area of Memphis feels safe and the entire city is friendly and welcoming.

Mark & Fabricio’s place was outstanding. Place was even better than described. Every deal was thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. Mark reached out to us to let us know the place was ready early. Which was so nice after being on the road all day. We were met with a 5 page note, hand written by Mark highlighting all the things to do and see in the area. Was just blown away by the 3” think binder that again had everything listed of what to do and places to eat. And on top of that home made pumpkin bread. So thoughtful! Their place has a great location in midtown that makes everything very convenient. Several restaurants, shops and bars were a short walk away. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area. And look forward to staying again in the future.

The apartment was very centrally located in downtown Memphis and matched the description and photos. Diora responded promptly and resolved a small issue. Make sure to read the information about parking.

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

I enjoy a good home away from home and this was just the peace I needed. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions I had. The home has the perfect finishes to give it a warm and inviting vibe while not being too cluttered. Quality and comfortable furniture as well; probably got the best nap of 2025 on the couch which tells a lot because I hate naps. Highly recommend and will be staying again, as well as the hosts’ other listings.

I absolutely loved the space!! And AJ was amazing. Definitely comfy and had an at home feel! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Overall the space is a 10/10!

Excellent location for the must do's in Memphis. Steps to trolley, easy walk to Beale Street or the Riverwalk.

Amit’s place was just as described. It was spotless! It’s also only 1.5 miles from Beale Street, which was an absolute plus! The neighborhood is very quiet, which was also a plus! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Memphis!
