The place had a great vibe! I am from Memphis but my girlfriend has never been. This was the perfect space to give her a full Memphis experience. The decor had "OLD MEMPHIS FLARE"! If anyone has never been to Memphis I recommend renting this space, get settled in and enjoy the vibe! Then start your journey seeing the town!

Our stay at Franck & Kristin's place. There was a storm going on the morning of the second day and we didn't even know. Their place was quiet and secure. We felt very safe. It was convenient and walkable to the convention center. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot to stay downtown! Close to everything. They have really utilized the space of this place well! Super cute and modern. It was very clean. Didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had what we needed and the pretty wine glasses were a nice touch. Very comfy bed and the pull out couch was comfy as well. The shower had great water pressure with a really nice shower head. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wowzers!! What an exceptional pink and gold home! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this home was. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and felt very comfortable and homey. The backyard was a beauty and very flat for good entertaining and games. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for a stay in Memphis! Everything I'm the home matches down to the cutlery and lamp shades! It was a super cute and comfortable stay for a couple of tom-boys :) .

This was perfect for us. we stayed here to visit Graceland and see the Peabody ducks. It is close to downtown and right next to the Hwy for quick drives.

We had a fantastic stay at Dwan's place! He was a great host and provided us with a welcoming and comfortable experience. The house was clean and well-maintained. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

Debra's place was lovely and felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. Debra's online guide gave us great recommendations and top tips on where is good to eat and drink. The off-street parking was a nice to have but the road is quiet so easy to park on. The house has lots of character and is truly a great place. I would say if you're a light sleeper there is a Trainline not too far away so you can hear them beeping so just take note. I wouldn't let that put you off though

Convenient transportation and fully equipped

I can't express how thrilled we were with this Airbnb. Teena was a fantastic host from my initial inquiry and throughout our stay. The house was impeccably clean!! I work in hospitality and I know what to look for. :-) Everything was pristine! We felt right at home. It is a spacious and beautiful home. We loved our time there and it was perfect for me and my two adult kids. We all had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. The water pressure was incredible. The towels extra soft. I had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful. It was hot in Memphis during our three night stay and Teena quickly responded to our request to lower the temp. The furniture was comfortable. We walked to the Sunrise Café for breakfast which was perfect. The Police Association is nearby adding to safety features. If I return to Memphis I will definitely check for availability with this place first. LOVED it!!

Not only was Jason's place the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in, he is the perfect host. SUPER responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious...simply a lovely person!!! The location within Memphis is fabulous, and the best review I could give is that whenever I go back to Memphis, I would not want to stay anywhere else!!! Thank you again, Jason! CHEERS!!!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

Excellent location!! Clear and frequent communications. Fully-provisioned and clean. Only "complaint" is thin wall with next door neighbor, but we weren't around much to be distracted by it. Highly recommended.

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Awesome place to stay. Is exactly as described. Easily one of the most cool and unique places we have stayed. Walking distance most everything. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful the mixture of the original architecture along with the modern touch was awesome. Wish I didn’t have to leave that place not to mention you have a great view of the baseball field from there!!!

Culie and her place was Perfect! Very close to everything!
