Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Memphis

I am overjoyed by our stay and experience with Julie! We travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the BEST Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Julie is an incredibly thoughtful hostess. Everything was thought of and anticipated in the home. She had extra toiletries and blankets everywhere to make our stay cozy. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the energy of the space. The home is historic, well lived in and loved. We are so grateful for such a memorable stay. Thank you!

Very quaint and private space. Walkable to lots of bars and restaurants in midtown. We loved our stay!

Location, Location, Location, My wife and I spent 5 weeks here as we finished out a Wisconsin winter and we absolutely LOVED the place and the area. We safely walked almost everywhere. 4 blocks from Beale Street in one direction and 4 blocks from south main district in the other. Right out the door you'll find the following restaurants/bars: the green beetle, S.O.B (south of Beale), good fortune, and the slider inn. If you're coming to Memphis for a Grizzly's game, a show at the Orpheum, Beale Street fun or anything else, this is the place to stay. If we are able to come back with friends we will definitely be booking here.

The condo was just as described and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for our night out at the FedEx Forum. The only things I would recommend would be some padding on the beds, have a few more towels available, and more toilet paper. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Ben was an incredible host. His home is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, lots of extras, comfortable beds, easy to locate, and close to everything! We would stay there again with no question. Highly recommend!

This is a great place. I really enjoyed it. Make sure you watch the YouTube video on the air thermostat it’s really easy once you know what you are doing. The neighborhood looks sketchy but it’s a great community with a lot of airbnbs. All in all it’s a great secure stay.

This home is exactly like the pictures - very clean and quite roomy. More than enough space and amenities for a group of four. We loved being able to sit on the back patio in the morning and the proximity to the Cooper-Young neighborhood. Bonus points for really comfortable beds and a huge shower! Would happily stay here again.

My cousins from Wisconsin absolutely loved Sarah's house. We totally enjoyed our stay. Furthermore it was said we should make Memphis a yearly tradition. Along with that we would stay at Soul Serenity for our new tradition. Thank you again Sarah for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. This is a REAL REVIEW. I really stayed from Thursday to Monday. I would love to return later this summer or early fall.❤️❤️

We’ve stayed at the Lux House in Memphis before. The reason we keep coming back is the 5 star accommodations along with the 5 star hosts!!

Beautiful place near the freeways and entertainment. Best sleep I’ve had in an AirBnB, bed was so cozy and the house was super spacious. I love the bedroom with the connected patio! My only suggestion would be to get a full body mirror after getting dressed it’s nice to see your entire outfit it’s hard to do with the dresser mirrors. Definitely would stay again when in Memphis.

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Great place in the heart of downtown. Very close to Beale St. we walked everywhere. The renovations are beautiful and the place was very clean and modern. I love the little patio!!!

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee
