Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Memphis

Wowzers!! What an exceptional pink and gold home! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean this home was. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and felt very comfortable and homey. The backyard was a beauty and very flat for good entertaining and games. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for a stay in Memphis! Everything I'm the home matches down to the cutlery and lamp shades! It was a super cute and comfortable stay for a couple of tom-boys :) .

This was perfect for us. we stayed here to visit Graceland and see the Peabody ducks. It is close to downtown and right next to the Hwy for quick drives.

My dog and I enjoyed our stay at this pet friendly two family home. The two family building shares a beautiful backyard with another two family home that appears to be operated by the same host. There are also sidewalks in the neighborhood and plenty of parks nearby to walk/exercise your dog. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels/linens were fresh and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dwan's place! He was a great host and provided us with a welcoming and comfortable experience. The house was clean and well-maintained. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my friends had a great stay. Location was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. House was clean. Having a garage was also a great plus. Host was very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient transportation and fully equipped

This was my first experience in a Airbnb and Morgan made my experience very enjoyable. Morgan responded promptly whenever I had a question and she was always pleasant and willing to assist.

Great stay, looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were great at communicating and were proactive on their instructions.

Phenomenal spot to unwind in a great location! Host are also phenomenal with support.

⸻ The space was really beautiful and just as pictured — stylish, comfortable, and overall a good place to stay. The host was communicative, which I appreciated. That said, there were a few downsides. There were no clean towels provided — just one very small towel available. The loft was located upstairs with no clear elevator access or instructions, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The hallway leading to the unit also had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The home itself was mostly clean, but noticeably dusty in some areas. Even with those issues, I’d still consider staying again — hopefully with a few small improvements next time.

I was nervous since it was my first time ever visiting the South. I'm glad I chose this place. it's close to major highways, walking distance to dollar general, liquor stores and a few good restaurants. Free parking available which was a huge plus. the place was very comfortable and cozy. I didn't want to leave. I have no complaints at all.

This stay was exactly what I needed! The place was clean, cozy, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It was incredibly quiet, which I really appreciated. Jamey was quick to respond anytime I had a question and made everything super easy from start to finish. The few neighbors I came across were also incredibly sweet, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. I truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. My stay was Amazing! The check in and departure was very easy, the instructions were clear and precise. The value was unbelievable. I will never stay at a hotel again. The apartment was beautiful it looked exactly like the listing. Everything you needed was right there. The neighborhood was beautiful and sitting on the porch in the morning was something you could never get from a hotel stay. The neighbors were friendly. I was able to wash my clothes before I left which was great. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I had never done anything Airbnb and was scared a little bit however I was not disappointed at all. I will make that 10 hour drive again soon if the will have me. Don't let me forget to tell you how elegantly the place was decorated. Time was definitely taken to assure you felt at home. Also they had so many movie channels that I was amazed. For what I paid and what I got was a definite do over. I truly believe the 5 star rating is deserved.

Great place and super convenient for Beale street fun. For anyone staying there in the future, the times the street closes is not consistent. Street was supposed to close at 4p, was closed by 3:15. This made unloading a chore. Not a complaint, just a PSA. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Excellent location!! Clear and frequent communications. Fully-provisioned and clean. Only "complaint" is thin wall with next door neighbor, but we weren't around much to be distracted by it. Highly recommended.

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

The condo was beautiful the mixture of the original architecture along with the modern touch was awesome. Wish I didn’t have to leave that place not to mention you have a great view of the baseball field from there!!!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!

Gorgeous place! Neighborhood was much more walkable than expected. Generally quiet and peaceful. We sat out on the porch and had dinner once. Highly recommend!
