A lovely property which is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Right near the centre of Lyme Regis with a beautiful view from the top of the well kept garden. Many thoughtful extras and proactive communication which were much appreciated.

A fabulous 4 night stay in this beautiful apartment in a great location with the added bonus of a balcony which we used every morning for breakfast & in the evenings with a glass of wine. it’s a great size for two people & a dog When we arrived a very thoughtful gift of scones, jam & cream & treats for the dog. Would thoroughly recommend & would love to return.

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Amazing hut, amazing location, amazing owners, beautiful garden, very close drive to the beach, very thoughtful welcome snacks and a great booklet with all the advice you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location of Jackie's Cabin was perfect location for the beach. It was quiet but near enough to be handy for the Pubs, two minutes walk to the Kettle and Spyglass and five to six minutes to the Commodore. Good parking. Lovely patio garden, with furniture and cushions. Reasonable clothes hanging space in the wardrobe. Comfy bed. Good shops and restaurants just ten minutes away. All in all a good stay. Satellite TV.

Everything was brilliant! Deborah & Gary were fantastic hosts, couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. The Beach Hut is so well appointed and very cosy. There’s so much to on the island that would could have easily spent the whole week there. Cannot recommend highly enough. The Beach Hut has many fabulous reviews and I now understand why. Would like to return in the future and cannot speak highly enough of Deborah & Gary. Great location, great accommodation and fabulous hosts.

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

I’ve just returned from a four night stay at this property and all we can say is ‘thank you’. The host was very helpful with initial questions and answered my enquiries promptly and fully. On the morning of our arrival she made contact and this was very reassuring and appreciated. We were super impressed by the property as it was better than the photos! The layout was excellent and perfect for our stay (my son has mobility issues). Every part of the chalet was clean, well appointed and clearly the host had thought a great deal about the customer experience. All through the property there were considerate details (pods for the dishwasher and washing machine) and a well stocked kitchen, to name but two. The arrival pack was outstanding and very detailed to offer the best possible stay. I cannot recommend this properly enough and we intend to book again for next year. Thank you for sharing this property and caring so much for the customers.

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

Great place, well kept, everything works well, beds comfy, felt like a safe place, would definitely go again!

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

A lovely couple of nights here. It’s a really beautiful apartment, lovely decor and very clean. We we able to walk to the beach, the town and the ferry port where we got the boat over to Brownsea Island. There’s also a corner shop and Tesco express 5 min walk away!

Everything was really clean and had everything you needed. It was lovely that there was milk, tea and coffee available after a long journey. Angela and her husband came to say hello on arrival which was very nice. The apartment was so close to the beach. Good parking facilities at the house and at the beach. it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to sit outside as the sun was shining late into the evening. We had a fabulous weekend and will return for a longer stay possibly next year.

We had an amazing 3 days in this great cabin RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! We absolutely loved it. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful - we couldn't recommend it highly enough. It helped of course that we had fab weather! It is extremely well designed and equipped and there is plenty of room for 2 people. (The mezzanine might be challenging for a big bloke...!) We found good and varied places to eat in Lyme Regis which is a unique and delightful place. The coastline is stunning. Go!

We had a lovely time staying in this tiny house in the back garden of friendly and hospitable hosts. The house was well fitted out, very clean and cosy. It is close to the beach and co-op supermarket. We sat out in the garden for breakfast and homemade meals. Highly recommended.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! On arriving home on Friday night, there were several cars that made it very difficult to park easily in the parking slot allocated. I realise that people stay over, however, sufficient space needs to be shared for easy access, especially as we had an elderly granny to get out of the vehicle. Just a small point! Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Ideal position to sit on balcony and watch comings and goings at West Bay first thing in the morning. Plenty to see and do around the area. Week not enough. Will be going back.! More walking and sights to see. Excellent apartment. Just what you’re looking for!
