We had a great time at Dibbens Townhouse. So well located - just a couple of minutes from the quay, and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The house is really spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could need. There can be a bit of external noise - both from people on the high street, and from seagulls - so I used earplugs as others had mentioned on the first night to help me get to sleep. It was much quieter on the second night. Definitely want to come back - sadly the weather turned so we didn’t do what we were planning to on our last day, and due to a recent operation I wasn’t able to try out the amazing looking bath!! Would highly recommended a stay here. Thank you for having us.

It was the perfect place for our young family and dog. Lots of space and peace and quietly whilst being close to the Jurassic Coast. Andrea was a fabulous host, very friendly and happy to help at all times. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janice's place! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, which is a priority for us! The house is also fitted with quality and durable furniture, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. The shower was enjoyable. We loved the quiet and peaceful location. Another strange sounding thing that we've come to appreciate on our travels is the horizontal storage space available here. By that I mean that there were tables, counters, etc. on top of which we could keep clothes, etc., instead of frequently having to go into our suitcase. We loooved that haha. Finally, we really enjoyed easy access to the Information Room (separate but a few steps away from the house), which had anything from extra freezer space to books to toys for kids! We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I enjoyed our beautiful and quiet girls weekend away. The lodge is exactly how it’s described and looked like the pictures, very comfortable and clean stay, the hot tub is incredible. On a cloudless night you can sit back in the tub and see how clear the stars are. Lisa is a wonderful host who greeted us when we arrived to show us how to use the hot tub and gave some locations to visit. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, away from the everyday hustle and bustle of city life, recharge your energy, you need a stay here. We visited Wincanton, Sherborne and Glastonbury during our two night stay. An absolute gem of a find, friends and I would love to book again next year for a few more days, absolutely breathtaking scenery for an amazing price.

We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Dianne and Stephen were responsive and so welcoming to their beautiful home. The space was comfortable and clean and lovely and light. Our little private decking area was perfect for the children and the dog and had beautiful, peaceful views over the garden. Having access to the pool was amazing, even on a cloudy day we spent a lot of time in there with the children as it was lovely and warm. The garden is beautiful and it was nice to be able to wonder around.

We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. Really nice place to stay and recharge batteries. great interior, comfy mattresses and cosy bedding. Woods just outside the window and good size pool. Host always responded within minutes. For music fans -great sound system and large TV. Close to dog friendly beach, shops and city centre. We highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely few days staying in Templecombe. The cottage is very comfortable with a cosy living room, well equipped kitchen and two good-sized bedrooms with really comfy duvets! Our only regret is we didn't get to use the fireplace in the living room as the weather was so nice! James was really accommodating and friendly, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do with our two small children. We loved visiting Stourhead and had a delicious Sunday lunch at the beautiful Story Pig farm. A lovely break!

Such a beautiful cottage in the most incredible setting. There are plenty of incredible walks on your doorstep, Charlotte also provided lots of helpful recommendations. We were made to feel very welcome, and the finishing touches really made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

A great find and in a beautiful setting. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need. The garden backed on to the nursery field for the lambs and was lovely to sit out in the garden with a cuppa and enjoy the peace. Cottage was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Lots to do in the area with Weymouth only a 30 minute drive and Tesco relatively close for your essentials. The homemade banana cake was very well received and very delicious! Would definitely book again.

Beautiful location, lovely furnishings and super remote. Our family had a lovely time there. Just what we all needed. Will come back again in the summer I think.

Immaculate place in a perfect location. The holiday park was very quiet and spotless, with great access to the coastal footpath. We explored so much of the Jurassic Coast & it was great to come back to our base. We found lots of great pubs close by and several different walking routes into Lulworth Cove. A super place to stay - we would highly recommend!

We stayed for my husbands 60th along with our dog Lola. Rosa had left a bottle of Prosecco along with a birthday card which was a lovely touch. The hut was equipped with all essentials and was immaculate. The bed was super comfy. Our dog was welcomed and loved to explore the area with Daisy their dog and without. They got on well. Very secure for your dog to roam. We had a great time thank you. Rosa and Mark were friendly and helpful. Great hosts

A beautiful cosy cottage, hidden away in a tiny peaceful hamlet. Ian was available and welcoming to give final directions to the cottage. The neighbour was very friendly and helpful re parking. I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The cottage was homely with a log/ smokeless fuel fire which got toasty warm. All appliances were easy to use. The bed was large and very comfy. The stairs were steep and twisty and care needed to be taken at all times. Acton has a wonderful atmosphere as you walk straight out from the cottage onto the Priest's Way which leads to the coast path Dancing Ledge and down into Swanage. Bus timetables were up to date and the bus stopped near to the hamlet. The courtyard garden was well tended and sunny to sit and relax in. I recommend it as a peaceful haven from which to access the coast path or the bustle of Swanage.
